    Bugcrowd has to be one of the coolest B2B companies on the planet 🌍 Connecting trusted Hackers with Companies to eliminate their cyber blindspots. They reward the hackers with ‘bounties’ for finding threats and their clients get peace of mind that their security is ahead of the curve. Shaking my head at how challenging this company must have been to start… “hello <insert impressive global tech company>, we can help you eliminate your cyber blindspots. All you need to do is give a group of talented hackers access to your codebase/platform” Fortunately for us, they managed it and have been flying! It’s a pleasure to team up with (bday boy Vasileios (Vas), Veera, and Samuel) to help them expand their accounts across Europe. Designing experiences around the Bugcrowd brand has been awesome. In other exciting news, we’ve made a huge breakthrough in successfully adding Dynamic Lighting to the Mixed Reality Rooms platform - check out those pretty reflections… #ABM #Experiences.

    For the marketers who need more than MQLs to prove ROI. Another layer of data collection has been added. You can ask now ask questions pre-experience and post-experience to fully understand the impact of your Mixed Reality Rooms sessions. This was inspired by a client who in addition to MQLs, valued measuring 'brand perception' before and after their customer innovation sessions. Traditionally (using Teams for virtual & inperson sessions) they were seeing an average increase of 1pts-2pts per customer. Using Mixed Reality Rooms they have been seeing an average of 3pts-4pts per customer.

    🎉 The first company I ever saw use digital confetti was Pipedrive. Not sure if they still do but you used to get a little animation and confetti come down the screen when you closed a deal. Seems silly but it sure did make me feel good. ✅ Today we added it to Mixed Reality Rooms and also pushed 'Progress bars.' Progress bars are like treasure maps in games that show your players, or in this case your "key accounts and prospects," where to go on their adventure. They help by showing how much of the experience they've finished and how much more they need to play to get a prize. As for the confetti... well that's just for fun 🎉 🎊

    Somewhat been living out a boyhood dream but in a way I could not have imagined ✅ Growing up I used to sketch out my dream football stadiums, create Call of Duty ‘Zombie’ maps, and even plan how I would design a corner shop if I owned one. ☠️ Maybe that makes me a weird kid. I’m actually somewhat more embarrassed of how old I was when I stopped… lol. These designs were not based on ‘data’ or ‘market insights’, but rather just the curiosity and gut feel of a X years old, Sam. It was fun. I loved it. Fast forward a decade or two and for the last 4 years I find myself designing and building experiences for some of the world’s biggest B2B brands - taking their content and putting it into a video game format. It’s been a lot of work, stress and learning - particularly figuring out how to use data to make decisions - but also one of the proudest chapters of my life. I’ve got no throw up in your mouth inspirational message here. Just find it funny how overtime things play out. Never could I have predicted this at a younger age, I didn’t even really acknowledge ‘B2B’ existed until I was 23. Now. Paying homage to my younger self, for fun, I decided to design a case study experience of the awesome work we have done with the likes of Google, Vodafone, GSK, VMware. Throwing it back. Not designed based on data. But based on my ‘weird’ and 'vivid' imagination. Enjoy this masterpiece! 🎨 Ps. I apologise to no one for the overdramatic movie trailer 😈

It works just like mass personalisation for emails "Hi {{First_Name}}" but instead of emails, you get the ultimate content experience! After almost 4 years on this journey, building 1,000+ experiences, for all different verticals, learning what works and what doesn't, how to maximise engagement, and collect data and insights, it's now time to scale processes!     Hitting the ground running in 2024! 😎 One of the biggest frustrations that came up when we interviewed marketers for 'ABM Answered' last year was reporting the ROI of 'Cool Martech' solutions. They often do what you need to do on the frontend but tracking outcomes can be a really time consuming task. With that in mind, over the Holiday break we finalised our experience tagging feature. This allows you to tag specific account(s) to experiences. Now all the data your capture using these experiences from your target accounts (prospects) will directly sync and integrate with your CRM. It couldn't be simpler. Another neat [optional] feature we added, more for our beloved sales teams out there, was 'Account Rep Notifications'. This allows Account Reps to get email notifications every time a prospect at their target account enters an experience. Helping you reach them when they are most engaged and follow up in a timely manner. Don't say we never do anything for you 😉 2024 LFG! #abm #partnermarketing #customermarketing #demandgeneration

    I’ve put this off for too long but here we go… Introducing ABM Answered - a 7 Minute Interview Series where we host quick-fire interviews with ABM, ABX & Demand Generation marketers. The questions asked have come from or have been adapted based on the data we have collected at Mixed Reality Rooms where over 1,000 marketers have gone through an experience and stated what their biggest struggles are with Demand Gen & ABM at the moment. There is a twist. There are prizes. There are (Sam’s favourite) memes. But most importantly, there are lots of intelligent marketers who have kindly taken the time to provide you with answers and solutions to your biggest challenges. We hope you enjoy!

    No big releases this week but we did build and deploy 5x small improvements: ✅ Improved the UI of our new iFrame feature. You wouldn’t put the Mona Lisa in the wrong size frame, so why would we do that to your beautiful branded content 😉 ✅ On multiple choice questions where there is only 1 correct answer, previously you were just told you were incorrect. We still rub salt into your wounds and tell you you’re incorrect but now also let you know what the the correct answer was - ya know, so you’re not so stupid next time 🙂 ✅ Made Survey responses (that allow you to capture long form feedback like “What is your biggest challenge with X?”) worth 2pts. This is to encourage Target Accounts to give you better answers, meaning you can better feed the Sharks (Sales). 🦈 ✅ Added client branding to the dashboard. Your clients don’t see it but hey, maybe it will make you feel a bit more special 🩵 ✅ Added “Your Score” to the dashboard. Previously when you played if you weren’t in the top 3 scores you couldn’t see yourself on the leaderboard and therefore your score either. Now you can. Keeping people motivated to stay in the game and see the experience through to the end. 🚀 Product updates are great and all but realistically we don’t think any of the above is going to change your life.     Hey, good looking! 😍 It is now possible to add a fly thru of your experience to the landing pages. It helps users understand what to expect before entering the experience and perhaps more importantly, makes your experiences look a lot better from the get go! Don't be put off by the overdramatic audio track. That's not included. #FeatureRelease #DemandGeneration
