Well Done

I have to say, their support was absolutely stellar. They responded ridiculously fast... especially compared against most support times for most businesses. They didn't give me the runaround, or provide useless auto-response answers, or refer me to their "knowledge-base"... they gave real human answers. Well done.

Swift response

Pricing: I can't believe how affordable they are compared to their peers. Cloudfront is 8x as expensive. They also allow payment by credits with just $1 / month minimum.

Support: Swift response. Didn't need any follow up.

Features: They have everything you might need for a CDN.

Overall, it's a 10/10 service.

I am satisfied with the services but I have a Bunny Stream problem

Hello, I am using the Bunny.net Stream product, but in recent months the system has changed and after encoding the 1920x800 resolution video, it becomes 2592x1080 and this problem causes the video to hang on mobile devices. It would be perfect if you do something that requires it to remain in its original form. Me and many of my friends are experiencing this problem. Other than that, I am satisfied with the services

Amazing Service, Even better Support

Absolutely Amazing, we've recently moved image transformations / optimizations from a Competitor to Bunny. The setup was super simple and it worked with basically no config at all. We've encountered a small issue (on our side) in the middle of the night and the Support team provided a solution within 15 minutes. We're on a $10 a month plan, I dont think you can find this level of support anywhere else. Could not be happier with the service!

VERY patient and helpful staff

The helpdesk was very patient and they came up with a solution how to stream videos to a Thinkific course platform. It took little time for them to figure out the platform specifics, but they solved it, great!

Love you Bunny team!

CDN for dummies really. Cloudflare can be very scary to setup and complex. Bunny feels much more straightforward and the fees are insanely low. Like suspiciously low. You top up your account with £20 and it seems to last for months and months on a website that easily gets 3000+ visitors a monthly across the globe. I dont question it but I know its definitely working!
They seemed to have come out with a bunch of new features recently so theyre clearly investing in the platform. Love it.
