My treadmill had a rip on the belt.
My treadmill belt had a rip in it accidentally due to me tensioning wrong. I called up and spoke to Jamie (hope that’s correct) and he was very helpful, and planned to have an engineer contact me as soon as to get this fixed. Cannot fault the customer service. Very quick wasn’t on the phone for more than 10 mins. Thank you!
