My treadmill belt had a rip in it accidentally due to me tensioning wrong. I called up and spoke to Jamie (hope that’s correct) and he was very helpful, and planned to have an engineer contact me as soon as to get this fixed. Cannot fault the customer service. Very quick wasn’t on the phone for more than 10 mins. Thank you!

Loving this machine!
I bought the Strider-X8 and it came when they said it would.
It took me quite a while to put it together but it's solid and, after a few re-tightening of the bolts, is very quiet.
My tip is not to install the plastic covers for a few days to allow the machine time to settle. Then re-tighten all the bolts, and install the covers.
I love the Kinomap bluetooth connectivity but another tip, add the machine as an 'iConsole' device to get full interactivity.
All in all, very pleased with my purchase and I've used the machine almost every day.
Great to be able to support a local company too.

I was looking for a treadmill which is great for beginners, but also not too basic so if I need I can still use it when I will be more experienced. The company has a great website with all information I needed including videos about the product and maintenance and also exercise. The delivery was also great as I got message prior the delivery.

I’ve waited a few weeks to use the exercise bike before reviewing and I’m very happy with it. The reviews on the JTX website are very accurate and this is a quality product. JTX met all promises on delivery etc and I would happily recommend them

Well - it wasn't 'great' ! All I did was spot the product I wanted, ordered it - and it arrived. So, I was pleased with the process but the use of the word 'great' is misplaced. I thought my Rowing Machine was well priced by comparison, read some reviews (which turned out to be accurate), and am pleased with it. It is exactly as others have described. Well made and perfect for my needs - not overly professional but ideal for me.

Only had our JTX sprint 7 treadmill for a week but it’s great!
Easy to put together and is easily as good as any commercial treadmill I have used in a gym.
Tablet holder is a good addition too.
JTX answered all of my questions before purchasing and kept me up to date with delivery.
Would recommend for your home exercise equipment.

One small comment - I bought this for my dad who is 85 … he couldn’t get the monitors to work as he had plugged the wires into the wrong sockets - I figured it out but perhaps mention it in your literature - good bike for the money

Good description of the cross trainer dimensions such that I could size it correctly for my utility room, which has limited height, and my wife's size and weight.
The cross trainer (TX Strider-X8: Smart Cross Trainer) has performed extremely well for the 5 months (Feb'24 to July '24) that we've had it with only a couple of minor tweaks on the pedal area to remove a squeak.

Sometimes things go wrong and we had the wrong machine delivered. However, the way the firm dealt with this was excellent, no challange/push back, arranged pick up and re delivery. Special call out to Terry who was brilliant throughout. Thank you.

Very good bike thst isn't cheap but is of very good quality, a well made bike . I would given the overall product a higher mark only for the logistic company XLarrow who were an absolute nightmare and tried to blame their failings on JTX fitness. I will never buy from another seller who use s XLarrow

Great service and they answered the phone when I rang with a query before we ordered our treadmill. I was able to select the delivery day and was kept up to date with my orders arrival. The treadmill is amazing. Heavy duty for our garden gym. It was nice to deal with real people and not just an automated service. The after service is great, they have sent us information about how to use our treadmill and I know if we did ever have an issue they would be there to help us. Our treadmill is really sturdy and has great futures and its easy to use. The compatible app is brilliant and really motivating. You don't need to use it because the treadmill comes with lots of programmes for all abilities. Overall experience 10 out 10. Highly recommend.

Simple robust home running machine. Quick delivery, simple to assemble with only minor work required.
My wife has been on at me for ages to get one. Did some research and for the cost vs features this one came out on top. Did not disappoint decent quality with plenty of settings. Quick incline and speed keys really useful. 10% incline is enough.
