Very very poor service
Very very poor service. Received a service appointment date 6X’s and the service company never showed up or called. I spent a lot of wasted time waiting for no show-up, not to mention, in some cases, lost time from work.
Finally when a tech comes out to the house, takes your deductible, reports the problem with Choice and Choice denies the claim. Choice denied the claim because according to the appeals manager, it was a pre-existing condition. Choice response was the control panel started deteriorating before the policy started, but the control panel failed after the policy start date. I wish I can understand Choices decision. Everything in the house is slowly deteriorating. It’s just part of using the system or appliances.
Mr. Jim Misaofi, if you read any of these comments, you have a lot a changing to do with your company. I would definitely not recommend this service, and I probably should cancel.
