Every body was very nice. They were timely about things, and good at following up. SOME OF THE CREW DIDN'T COME TO UNLOAD, THIS WAS NO FAULT TO ALLIED. DRIVER DID A GOOD JOB.

The drivers were very courteous, everything was done on time, the person that was in charge of setting things up worked well with me. Also, the driver was helpful & courteous. Everything went well.

Just the way the guys handled everything when theywere here. The crew was great,loaded it,and got it del the same day.I have nothing bad to say about the crew.

I told the guy who came to the house initially that the major reason we were using them was because of their professionalism and I was right. He was an hour late but it did not bother my wife and I . They did the best they could but we had to put the goods in storage.

The overall satisfaction with the move in general. I didn't have to do too much. It was great. He went through a major snow storm and made it on time .The driver and crew delivered belonging earlier than expected. He notified me at least four times because of the weather.

I paid $500.00 more than I should have because my estimate was not adjusted like it was supposed to be.

THE DELIVERY TEAM WAS CAREFUL, COMMUNICATION WAS GOOD AND THE PROCESS FROM START TO FINISH THE WHOLE DELIVERY TEAM WAS GOOD.

I contacted the agent. He came to my house and estimated a price right away. I asked them what time and everything's good. It took 10 days. I feel like it was too long.

I was very happy with the salesman that came out and did the pricing and the driver was courteous and prompt. The office didn't communicate with me very well.

Allied was great as far as customer service, was quick, nice, in and out, friendly, and responsive. I was very impressed. The crew was quick, friendly, and good. I even changed the date and the company was cooperative.

The driver and the crew was very efficient and they assisted in moving awkward items into different places if needed.

Allied was very helpful and kept in touch with me on when the del team would load and unload. I was kept in the loop in between on how the drivers were coming along.

Allied was extremely courteous, easy to work with, very easy to contact, were where they were going to be when they said they were going to be, and reliable.

The communication, the rep, walking me through the process, decisions were made. The experience of the entire crew all played a factor and they were excellent. The crew and driver was the same for the pick up and delivery which made things great.

They were extremely professional. They did everything at the time they said they would. I was just very pleased.

This is my 3rd move in 2 yrs. We moved from Michigan to Salk Lake so we decided to use Allied. The way they treated our goods and the on time delivery was good.

The guys were on time, courteous, they asked where my stuff went and was very efficient. The move went quite well.

They were very good. They were patient. The driver and the people who coordinated the move were professional.

They were on time, prompt and efficient. They took care of my goods. They explained everything. When I had a request they followed through.

Allied came highly recommended from a realtor. Allied was the most cheapest & the most accurate with the overall weight & price than the other movers that we interviewed. We do appreciate everything Allied did. They were great.

I was just very happy and very apprehensive about the whole process and they kept in touch with me and went with my schedule. It couldn't get any better.

I was very satisfied with our coordinator overall. I was also satisfied with the crew who picked up and delivered.

Everyone seemed to know what they were doing and I knew exactly when the people were coming. Everything was planned out well.

The people at Berger were kind and understanding. The two guys that moved us were very good. I called Berger to tell them that we were extremely satisfied with the driver.

I like the care, accommodations & service being very good. I did my move from Florida for a New Jersey & everybody was very accommodating. The driver was fabulous & the rep, Andy in Porte St. Lucie, was amazing with me.

It was actually the care and the timeliness and the care taken loading and packing my things. The rep was very friendly and very professional.

Everything from the coordinator in Chicago to the mover and the truck driver, it was a quick delivery. I was very, very happy with that. My husband dealt with the representative mostly, but I know he was satisfied.

The whole experience. Ruth Hall was extremely professional, and my driver Lonnie took great care of my stuff and kept me well informed. They were awesome.

The fact the mover contacted me when they would be in the area and when they would delivery influenced my rating. They provided excellent communication.

Jen did a lot of work and got me organized, she gave me a lot of updates for my load. Chelsea was the middle person who checked on everything, Tim the driver and crew was good. Tony was very good. There was a gouge in the wall during delivery and they are working on compensation or fixed. I have not heard from them yet.

I wanted some one who was trusted and Allied was. The price was good and the service was outstanding.

They delivered on time. Everything was safe and sound and came as promised. The gentlemen loading were very helpful.

I was satis with driver and the crew. They were professional, we could talk to them. The coordinator has kept us informed.

The people were nice to me and they took care of my items. They were on time and were willing to work with me.

It was a professional move They used a lot of packing materials that we have to dispose of for recycling. The crew arrived earlier than initially expected to load and that worked out great.

I was satisfied with everything, everyone was efficient, courteous, and very helpful. There were some small items missing for the lamps.

It would be because the diver was excellent. the driver went above and beyond for me, he was amazing. He kept me informed about everything. I was totally impressed with him. He gave me great customer service.

I think the overall process was very smooth. The communication was great and the care that they had was awesome. The driver was fantastic. One crew complained a lot but the second crew was great. The unloaders were fantastic as well.

They did a very good job of showing up on time. They brought enough people to help load the truck. I had a scratch on one my belongings.

The overall experience and everyone did what they said they were going to do. I had a good experience. Mindy was great. The toolbox was delivered to a storage for me. Mindy and the driver took care of the tool box for me.

The professionalism, the way they took care of the items. They made us feel comfortable and confident that the job would go well. We were given a number from them to reach them if we needed them.

The overall process from arranging the move for pick up to delivery went smoothly, everyone was easy to work with and very cooperative.

The representative was very good. Debby kept me informed. Also the people to loaded and delivered my belongings showed alot of care. They were very professional.

The level of communication in all areas most influenced my rating. The team took good care of our items and we are satisfied.

I have moved in my life time probably 15 times and used all types of movers, but I have never had the treatment that I recv from these individuals. I will only use Allied moving forward.

The whole move was smooth, it was awesome. I would tell people to go with Allied. Kim Williams was great.

The teams on both ends treated me like a person and not just a job. They were considerate, nice and professional. The pick up and delivery teams were very helpful and professional. I was very satisfied w/ their services.

I have told people about this company before and I have done a lot of business with this company in the past year.

I've used them before and I continue to request them. They are personable, respected my belongings, and I feel comfortable w/ them.

Just the overall caring and friendliness of everyone. Everyone was personable and the job was well done. The driver kept me informed and everyone was professional.

I feel the price was the best and they did a very good job of letting me know what was going on with the move. I feel this has been by far the best move I have every made. This is the best move I every had. Jimmie the driver and freddie the crew did an outstanding job and the people at the office Chris and Gwen were outstanding and very helpful as well.

The driver and team was wonderful. I had to move very quickly and everything got done quickly. It was very accommodating.

The professionalism sales person that came to my home she was very good with her follow up when I had questions.

The absolute courtesy of the movers. They were there for everything. The delivery team loaded my items and took them toa storage facility.

I waited for the them to pick up the stuff. The arrival time was from 2-4pm but they showed up at 3-3:30 pm

Everything about the move influenced my rating. They were 2 days passed delivery date, but I understood.

The drivers of the van and their promptness, care and people skills most influenced my rating. They were amazing.

I think the people were really good. The people who packed up my house were really good. The movers were really good as well. The only tough thing was that the move was unforeseen. The hardest part of my move is that I did not have a timeframe for my delivery. I had a time window of 7 days for my delivery. This was stressful because I had to request for time off at work.

They were wonderful, courteous, hardworking, they were exceptional. I would hire them in a second. They did an incredible job too.

The fact that the guys came out and packed everything up and they did everything quickly and efficiently.

The professionalism from the whole crew from the beginning to the end. I haven't unpacked the boxes yet but everything seems to be extremely well.

B/c of the price, communication and punctuality. My coffee table was scratched. I didn't see it until the movers were gone.

They did what they promised. They made the del where we wanted it. My objects came in good shape. The crew was good. Anthony, the driver, was very good.

You were very professional. The Mayflower wasn't as professional or asked what we wanted and needed. The driver was really nice, explained everything.

They did a good job Charlene did a great job w/ personal service. Todd did a good job in making sure we had everything there and Charlene made the arrangements where we can get boxes

It was all very easy and I didn't have to worry about the packing, or shipping it was all very safe and a good experience.

I think that the whole complete moving, loading & delivery of the items were a 10. This has been the most satisfying and pleasant move that I have ever had.

Overall satisfaction. We had some pre packers come in and pack some special items and I would give them a 5.

I HAVE USED ALLIED BEFORE AND I KNEW WHAT TO EXPECT. I KNEW I WOULD NOT BE DISSAPPOINTED AND I WAS NOT.

Allied was courteous. They met the time span as scheduled. I had Allied several years ago. The service is the same way, courteous and fast.

The professionalism and friendliness of everyone I had contact with influenced my rating. I had a small move.

The driver did a fine job and I was really pleased from start to finish. The driver Kevin was amazing, he helped us out in every way positive as well as the guy who was on Kevin's team I would definitely use Allied again.

I know the local agent and I was completely satisfied with that. The crew worked in challenging conditions. It was below zero, ice and snow on the ground and they had a very good attitude.

The driver & his crew was really good & efficient. Our office desk was pretty scratched up from the move. They wrapped it in plastic wrap.

The fact that the driver did what he said he would do & was very careful. Everything was done as promised. I would like to have posted to the Twitter or Facebook page, but my computer is still in the box.

Everything was extremely efficient and good natured about the overall move process. The crew was careful with packing and unpacking. I had both a local move and a long distance move in this move because I ended up splitting one household into two.

The driver was fantastic. He took special attention to detail and called me to let me know everything was in order, he went above and beyond.

Everything went very well. I have moved about 7 or 8 times in my life and this was right up there with the best of them.

It was the first time I ever moved and everything went smooth. They were so quick and everything was in good shape.

I was satisfied with the person I worked with. Everything worked out proper. The day of a different truck was behind schedule, but it was okay w/ me. There is still a box missing. I have filed a claim.

We were really impressed with the excellent communication and care of items. It was a great move. The time frame was not when it was suppose to be delivered because Colorado had flooding but that was o.k. and worked out for everybody because they did have some mechanical issues.

IT WAS MOST FANTASTIC. FROM BEGINNING TO END AND I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THAT. YES I HAD SOME THINGS THAT HAD TO MOVE AND WRAPPED UP THE GRANDFATHER CLOCK AND HE DID A GOOD JOB. IT WAS SENTIMENTAL AND HE TREATED IT AS SUCH. I DIDN'T GET TO BUY LUNCH FOR THE CREW AND DRIVER.

I thought they did a great job. The crew who unloaded the truck was excellent and the guys who loaded the truck were good.

The drivers were phenomenal. I would rate the 1st packing crew as a 1 and the 2nd packing crew a 5. The 1st packing crew was really bad.
