    I was initially looking at the Vizio 5.1.2 system, but this was a little cheaper in price and offered monthly payments. I am more than pleased. The sound fills the room, and the bass far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this system. The AI EQ Mode has better dialogue clarity than Movie mode, so this is my go-to setting.

    I always had component theatre setups, but could rarely turn them up past 40% because it never made sense and would make the experience uncomfortable. So why bother? This solution provides plenty of volume in a convenient easy to setup package that integrates with my laser tv with ease. Clean install and great features like the ability to turn off the lights while powered on. One thing that threw me for a minute was the delay when using the EARC. Had to set to PCM output, but otherwise works great.

    To start I should note I live in a 143 year old house with huge bay windows. I have a 120" projector screen that covers it with blackout blinds and curtains. I also connect the audio using a DAC with my computer. Though I did test sound with my phone. Overall the audio seems really nice. The EQ options seem good. Pairing was easy. Hit BT button on remote then source. Pairing is fast. The bass is great with the bay windows as a reflector. The quality right or left of the bay windows wasn't very good. There was noise from the port. But centered below the soundbar 2 ft reflecting with the bay windows the bass is fantastic. Actual sound so far seems good. With the DAC it can distort at higher volumes. Using my phone it seems to handle it well. Additionally my phone controls the volume so I don't have to adjust with remote. That is a nice feature. Perhaps that is normal but I don't use BT to play music so this is a first experience. Look is nice. I really like the dimmer on the input for night time movie watching.

    I also love that the satellite speakers are completely wireless. It's the primary reason I went with this one over 3 other options I was looking at. I didn't like that the sub was wireless and wires had to be ran to the rears.

    So far I am giving this 4 stars. For the price if it lasts 3 years I will be happy. I have ordered some updates and am considering some different DACS to improve quality. That will have to wait since I need to get a new projector first. My current is fine but it is starting to shadow (almost 4 years old). I also bought a new mount that is more adjustable Lots of options to consider. Going to start the minor construction to utilize the new mount. Damn old houses lol.

    These speakers sound great. I am using them with my desktop PC, which sounds like overkill for a PC but I enjoy music while I work and wanted a new soundbar that had wireless surrounds and that was an upgrade from what I was using previously. This is a HUGE upgrade. The sound is fantastic, and I like that there are EQ presets for fine-tuning. The bass has a good amount of thump, and you can increase the bass if you'd like, too. The wireless surrounds make a significant difference in my listening experience. They even come with speaker mounts, so no additional purchase of mounts is necessary! I am using the HDMI eARC connection with my LG C2 OLED TV that I use as my primary monitor and can still use HDR with no problems. This was my first Hisense product and for the price and features, it was hard to beat. Atmos and wireless surrounds for under $300 at the time with good reviews? It was a no-brainer, and I am glad I took the chance.

    When I got this product. I immediately set it up in my living room. I have a small 12x13 size living room. It's not arranged like the one in the videos you're shown. My seating is in the corners and sides.If yours isn't like that. Don't buy this system. There is no balance controls. No individual speaker volume adjustments. If your watching a video in surround sound. When your watching a video with a lot of background sounds or audio special effects. It'll bast your out of the room. You can barely hear the dialogue. I tried to adjust the DCR mode according to information I got elsewhere. Everything becomes muffled. Sound quality is horrible. Customer support from Hisense is non existent. I've called twice, the wait time is bad and you get a useless agent that knows nothing. My case as I'm told was to be expedited or something like that. I was to hear from someone in tech support that same evening. That's going on two days from the second time I called. This was my second Hisense product and my last. First one a TV. A disaster as well.
