1. Measure the distance between the 2 slots with the straight direction on the back of the power strip.

2. Punch 2 holes on the baseboard with the distance you just measured and insert two self-tapping screws.

With their longer cord than most power strips and the flat plug, I can literally use these anywhere in the house. Initially I purchased them because I have an outlet behind where my "barn doors" between my living room and dining room is but using regular plugs stuck out too far and the doors hit any plug which rendered an entire outlet useless (I have an old house with limited plug space already as it is), so the flat plug here gave me back the use of the outlet. Additionally included USB power along with all of regular outlets, these are outstanding. I have started to purchase a few more to have in other areas as well, they work great.
