Bookfair Company Receiver/Warehouse Associate
Anderson’s Bookfair Company (part of Anderson’s Bookshops) in Aurora, IL is looking for a Receiver/warehouse associate to join our team!
This is a seasonal position working September – December 3 – 4 days a week from 8 am – 4 pm. We offer flexible hours within that window, and some ability to work around school schedules.
The Receiver position involves:
--Checking in book
--Correcting discrepancies in invoicing
--Posting invoices into POS system
--Helping to get books onto shelves
--Packing and unpacking bookfairs
Requirements:
--Attention to detail and accuracy
--Working efficiently
--Able to lift at least 40 lbs.

Anderson’s Bookfair Company (part of Anderson’s Bookshops) in Aurora, IL is looking for multiple part-time warehouse associates to join our team!
These are seasonal positions, working September – December, 3 – 4 days a week from 8 am – 4 pm. We offer flexible hours within that window, and some ability to work around school schedules. The warehouse associates are responsible for packing bookfairs and returning inventory to the shelves when a bookfair returns to our warehouse.
Requirements include:
· Quick and efficient worker
· Strong attention to detail
· Able to lift up to 40 lbs.

PART-TIME TOYSHOP MANAGER / TOY BUYER
Looking for a candidate who has experience in retail toy or product buying. This is a part-time position, 32 hours per week including Saturday’s. Candidate must have managing experience and sales floor experience in a retail store. Those applying must have a passion for selling toys to children of all ages. The ideal match should be energetic, and detail oriented with a creative spirit. We are looking for someone who has strong concise communication skills and enjoys working with people. Candidates must be tech-savvy and able to collaborate with employees and management. Exemplary customer service skills are a must. This person must be a cheerleader for children’s toys for anyone who walks in the door.
Some of the responsibilities are:
· Helping customers find the perfect toy for the right age
· Working the registers and POS system
· Helping to host toy demos and events
· Meeting with toy representatives to buy new product and order re-stock
· Scheduling and managing employees
· Receiving inventory as it arrives

Part-time, must be able to work weekends.
Calling all toy lovers! Anderson's Toyshop in Naperville is seeking a hardworking, outgoing toy enthusiast to join the Anderson's team!
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Operate cash register.

Shelve product.

Have a positive attitude towards learning new toys and games.

Serve as a resource in helping customers match toys to appropriate age levels.

Gift wrap customer purchases.

Run vacuum and dust shelves.

Assist at bookshop as needed.

Answer toy-related questions for bookshop customers and staff.
