ABOUT ARCHITECTURAL DIGEST

Offering rare access to the most beautiful private spaces in the world—and the fascinating people who create and inhabit them—Architectural Digest, also known widely as AD, celebrates the best in global design by showcasing today’s most influential interiors, architecture, talent, tastemakers, and new products across multiple platforms, including:

Magazines

Launched in 1920 as a California trade quarterly, AD magazine has exploded in popularity over the years, increasing in frequency and broadening in scope until it became synonymous with living well. Today AD is known as the international design authority, with a magazine that celebrates creative talents, innovative homes and products, inspiring decorating ideas, exciting travel locations, and popular culture. Available in nine editions (US, China, France, Germany, India, Italy, Mexico and Latin America, the Middle East, and Poland), AD holds immeasurable influence in interior design around the world.

Online

Our website, archdigest.com, offers original coverage of the interior design and architecture worlds to design enthusiasts as well as industry professionals, including celebrity style, luxury homes, shopping recommendations, actionable DIY advice and design ideas, small space decorating tips, travel destinations, cultural events and happenings, and high-end real estate, as well as access to print features and images from the AD archives.

Memberships

AD also offers memberships, created by our editors: AD PRO, an engaging, members-only resource for design professionals; and AD PRO Directory, a vetted list of top design talent. Standard AD PRO membership includes exclusive access to AD PRO news, features, and trend reports, as well as a year-round events roster, online workshops, a job board, and more than 100 years of AD archives. AD PRO Directory members enjoy the benefits of AD PRO and also have the unique opportunity to list themselves or their business as an AD-approved design professional and connect with prospective clients. Members apply to the Directory, and pay for inclusion after being selected by AD editors. An approved application is required for AD PRO Directory membership.

Videos

AD’s “Open Door” blockbuster video series launched in 2017, the natural extension of our wildly popular print and digital home features. Early hits captured a zeitgeist: Robert Downey, Jr., now 30 million lifetime YouTube views; Jessica Alba, 37 million views; Zedd, 48 million views; Wiz Khalifa, 54 million views. House-proud superstars highlight their private property, inviting us in to capture the soul and spirit of their personal spaces. These videos often rank on YouTube as Top Trending, and define our culture and how we live today. Adding to that series are Unique Spaces; Walking Tours; Set Tours; and Blueprints, among others. Today, nearly 7 million fans eagerly await each new AD video.

Social Media

AD creates unique and original content for its many social channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
