Whether you’re heading to Park City, Utah, for skiing, the Sundance Film Festival, or a Salt Lake City detour, you’ll want to find the best Park City Airbnb or hotel. As with any vacation hotspot, you have options—enough options to make it a tough question to answer.
Park City has plenty to offer, and not just for the skiers. Past guests sing the praises of the cooked-to-order breakfast, and each of its 12 rooms is outfitted with premium bedding, smart TVs, WiFi, and designer toiletries. There may not be free parking (you are in the heart of Park City, after all), but the property offers valet services at an extra charge.
Hyatt Centric Park City
Each of the 116 rooms at the Hyatt Centric Park City are sleek, with their own fireplaces, mountainside views, and pillow top mattresses—but the common spaces are not to be overlooked. From the game room and on-site EPC Restaurant to the fully stocked gym and sauna, there’s a lot to love. Guests also have access to limo and town car services, a full breakfast, and bike rentals. But we wouldn’t blame you if you just posted up by the outdoor pool for your entire stay.
Waldorf Astoria Park City
We were sold simply at the mention of 24-hour room service, but this 159-room Canyons Village property has a full menu of wellness activities. Golfing, yoga classes, pilates, cycling, deep-tissue massages, detox body wraps, poolside happy hours—the list goes on. And while these are certainly headlines, it’s the thoughtful details that make the difference, from the free grocery shopping service and electric car charging stations to the cabanas and sun loungers. To top it all off, past guests applaud the incredibly helpful staff.
The Lodge at Blue Sky, Auberge Resorts Collection
Families looking to go all out on a ski resort vacation should dig into The Lodge at Blue Sky. Ski amenities include a free shuttle, cross-country skiing, and laundry services. When you’re ready to rest after a day on the slopes, there are two pools, free in-room wifi, an on-site spa, and free bike rentals—for when you’re ready to get those legs moving again. The cherry on top? The 46-room property offers babysitting for a fee, as well as a free round-trip airport shuttle. That’s a massive perk for those traveling with kids.
Montage Deer Valley
Hydromassage showers, deep soaking tubs, and heated floors await guests at the 220-room Montage Deer Valley—and those are only the bathroom amenities. With ski-in/ski-out access, workout classes, an extensive spa service menu, and two pools, the property offers enough to keep guests busy. But don’t skip out on a visit to town—despite feeling like you’re one with the surrounding mountainside, you’re a quick 10-minute drive from downtown Park City.

One of the best Park City hotels isn't a hotel at all. This two-bedroom, two-bath rental is quite literally located at the top of Main Street. It’s packed with a whole slew of amenities: a professional-grade kitchen, a steam shower, custom furniture, and an air-jet tub. But the more impressive element is just how thoughtful the original—or should we say, original-ish—details are. The owners found wallpaper reproduced from an 1880s-era mining town, the shower is outfitted with tile salvaged from the Utah Governor’s Mansion, and even the trims were custom-milled to match the home’s original state. When you’re ready to tear yourself from the interiors, you’re a quick walk or trolley ride to restaurants, bars, galleries, and more.
Cozy A-Frame Cabin in Heber City
If you want to get out of town a bit—hey, sometimes the solitude of a ski run just isn’t enough—this three-bedroom rental is a 25-minute drive from Park City right near Mount Timpanogos. The vibe is minimal inside; think Shaker-inspired furniture, a wood-burning stove, and wide-plank wooden floors. The bedrooms have queen beds topped with Casper mattresses and there are three decks to take in the views from.
Modern Mountain Cabin
Far from your traditional vision of a ski chalet, this four-bedroom home has a lot of things. Our favorite of the bunch? The kitchen’s teal! marble! island! A floating staircase anchors the open floorplan and a private hot tub will draw you outside, even in the coldest of temperatures. The home is unmissable from the street—the exterior is a bright chartreuse.
Chic Townhome with a Hot Tub
If you haven’t guessed already, hot tubs are a way of life in Park City, and this three-bedroom, three-bath rental is no exception. Within walking distance of downtown Park City, guests are also within proximity of several stops on the city’s free bus route and the base of Deer Valley. It’s a great setup for a group that’s split between outdoor activities and an afternoon in the city.

Midcentury touches dot the interiors of this three-bedroom house rental, a fact that’s evident from the moment you spot the property’s set of massive windows. An Eames-inspired lounger rests in the living room, dark paneling lines the kitchen and a soaking tub flanks the main bathroom. The outdoor patio is the perfect spot for a home-cooked meal al fresco meal.
Sky Ridge Retreat
If this Park City Airbnb were a movie character, it would be the mysterious lady wrapped in fur that turns out to be a secret agent. Direct access to Deer Valley tops the list of amenities in this six-bedroom rental (it can sleep 16+ people!). The nightly rate is not easy on the wallet, so we recommend finding 15 of your closest ski buddies to split the cost with. Located on the outskirts of Park City, the rooms are filled with views of Jordanelle Lake. Hang out in the library for a chill aprés-ski vibe, challenge someone to a game of ping-pong in the game room, or plan a movie night in the cinema. And, yes, of course, there’s a hot tub on the wrap-around deck.
Treehouse Above Park City
Getting to this one-bedroom treehouse is a bit of an adventure in itself. Accessible only by 4x4 or a car with dependable 4WD (chains required in the wintertime), it’s surrounded by 200-year-old trees at an elevation of 8,000 feet. Inside, there’s a bedroom nestled underneath a skylight, a living room with 270-degree windows, and a big deck. Waking up with the sun is a highlight that can only be matched with a stargazing session on the patio.
