First of all I have moved in the past with this company 6 previous times. This was my 7th move and so I thought I could trust them. At 8:37pm I had to call a service to get a rattlesnake out of my garage granted it was open to be nice to the movers and let them move everything in. Then they said they needed the car out of the garage so my elderly mother moved it to almost in front of the neighbors house on the left in the street. I would say roughly ***** ft away from the moving truck which was on the right side in the street. Well when they went to leave they rear ended my brand new car. I called the business and they said sorry. Well its too late for sorry. Words are words, actions means a lot more. This company I thought I could trust has zero integrity. I offered them water my mother and I were nice to them. I even made trips in my car before the move so they had less to move. This is unacceptable and I will NEVER use NorthStar moving company again.

The movers hit my truck while it was parked. The have refused to give me their insurance information and say the estimate I sent them for the repair is too high. The have been an absolute nightmare to deal with and the lady that I am working with, *******************************, has no idea what she is doing. This has been going on for 2 Months. It's an open and shut case. I have the two CEOs on copy as we go back and forth with emails and they have done nothing to help the situation.
