I contact 2/10 Home Warranty onJune 23 online for my refridgerator that was not keeping cold. They sent out a contractor from ***************** on Monday June 24, i paid $189 for service charge. He diagnosed it as a bad compressor. on June 28th the part was ordered and i was to hear from contractor to install. I called 2/10 back and they told the part was to be delivered to the contractor on 7/2, it was and i tried contacting the contractor with no response. They said they contacted him and the item was sent to an old address and they were going to reorder the part and have delivered to me. I received the itemon 7/17 and again tried to contact the contractor from showtime electric not able to leave a message. on July 22 the contractors phone was shut off. i called 2/10 and told them to send someone to install and they said no, they had to send another contractor to diagnose the refridgerator, i would send the part back and they would have to reorder, and i would have to pay an additional 189$ services charge. Then it would be scheduled for an install. i have been without a refridgerator for 1 solid month.so i said i will get my own contractor and use the part, they said i cannot do that. i said i wasnt giving the part back, so they decided they would "buyout" the claim and told me they would give me $31- the cost of labor ******* that i already paid. i called around and the cheapest company wants $450 to install the compressor. i would like to be reimbersed for the full amount i have to pay to get my refridgerator operational.

I think this business is bunch of c*** I put a claim in for my toilet to get fixed, and they couldn't find a plumber in my part of the country which is ********** MD, so I went out and bought the parts myself and had a plumber fix the problem and put in a reimbursement claim for $90 dollars, $15 for parts and $75 for labor and it's has been over 2 months and every time I called them, they have no response, first it was has not been 45 days from the initial claim, and now they are passing the buck to claim management, which does not give me solid reply. I think the company is a joke and stealing customers money, if they couldn't find a contractor to work on my house, what can they do for me, they lied, I would like all my money return, so I can invest in a real home warranty program. Please help me resolve my problem with this company. Thank you ***********************.
