This is a complaint about the extremely poor service that I have received with the repair of my air conditioning unit. This issue has persisted since May of this year. The contractor from Louisiana Air Condition Service was the first to work on the ** unit during May. This contractor changed the compressor, and he also added freon, which in turn was an additional $555.00 fee. Within a week, the issues with the unit continued. This contractor returned the following week after he changed out the compressor on the upstairs unit. He also went into the garage to check the downstairs unit, which was not included in the service call at all. This contractor did something to the downstairs unit which is no longer cooling like it once was. A second contractor from Pelican Air Conditioning Service came to address the issue two weeks later. This contractor REFUSED to service the unit entirely. I have been a customer of ********************** since 2002. I have never had the type of unsatisfactory, totally unacceptable service that I have experienced with my ** units. I have spoken to at least five or six associates in your customer ********************** division. Each time that I have spoken to a customer ********************** representative, they have given me a day to expect a contractor. The last time I saw a contractor from Louisiana Air Conditioning Service was July 20, 2024, and during this visit I was told that they were waiting for parts. Another contractor from Pelican Air Conditioning Service came out about a week later to complete another diagnostic test. This contractor from Pelican did not detect any leaks in the downstairs unit. He discovered a leak in the upstairs unit and the coils were frozen. I received a phone call from Pelican and I was informed that a contractor would be out to repair the leak. I spoke to a supervisor at Cinch, she informed me that she would not be able to resolve this issue without scheduling yet ANOTHER diasnostic test.

******ZERO STARS******Hands down the worst service I've ever had. I've been trying to get my washer fixed since end of May 24. After multiple crappy services tech visits. First clown they sent out wouldn't even look at the issue since it was a stacked unit. 2nd group came out week and half later took 5 mins and ordered parts. 3 of 4 parts arrived the after being told the 4th one had been delivered they changed their tune to oh its on back order now. How was it delivered if it was backordered? So after a month and half or so I was able to get them to agree to replace the unit. That was delivered by RAS Logistics but they couldn't install because they didn't have the proper paperwork. Now Cinch wants to credit me $75 so I can find an hire my own person to install but they wont credit the $75 to my card they want to send a check. Think before you use this company they are the worst I've ever dealt with. YOU HAVE TO FIGHT FOR EVERYTHING YOU PAY FOR WITH THEM. ITS ALMOST LIKE THEY HOPE YOU JUST GIVE UP AND MOVE ON.****ZERO STARS****

I called customer service claims department and asked if a pressure regulator right outside my house next to my garage was covered under my policy they put me on hold check my policy and told me that it was covered under my policy I went ahead and paid $150 deductible the technician came out submitted the diagnostic the Home Warranty company Cinch declined the claim stating that it was not covered under my policy I called and complained that at the claims department told me that it was covered under my policy and that's the only reason that I went ahead and submitted the claim I try to get a refund from $150 for their mistake and they told me that it was not their mistake but it was mine just want to make sure you guys understand that even if they make the mistake you're still at fault. Do not trust this company half the people I spoke to could barely speak English.

3/14: Paid 165.00 3/20: Tech1 was not able to diagnose and would have to research and someone will call us. 3/##: Company called and scheduled for 3/24. 3/24: appt rescheduled for 3/27 3/27: tech2 said ribbon is not working. He will look into parts needed. 4/3: co does not want to continue service. Emailed cinch to dispute. 4/10:***** (Super nice) reviewed account and said Tech3 will be coming out. Called Advance Appliance was told they can schedule it for Friday, 4/14. Then I called Cinch again to be sure and I was told by Rep Tip that Sears Homes was coming out, 417, 10:38am: spoke to rep *****. asked if we could get a service fee waived. if we made a request for refrigerator water dispenser not working. He asked Supervisor and it cannot be waived. 4/21, 3:54pm: Emailed Support Services the Model # for Stove. 4/24, Emailed Support Services the Manual I found online. 4/25/23, 12pm: Cinch called to schedule Sears Home Services to diagnose stove. ************-5 Appt is Wed, 4/26/23 8-5pm. I called around 3:30pm to double-check appt. Cinch Rep **** (condescending) suggested to keep waiting for Technician. No call. No show. 4/27: Called Cinch. Spoke to **** (he was more interested in reading script than actually listening). Same as 4/25. Scheduled for Friday. 4/28: called Cinch to make sure Sears Technician was coming out. reschedule for Monday 5/1: No call. No show. 5/3: Waiting for a call back. 5/4: I went online and purchased new stove. 5/16: I am trying to cancel Cinch Home Services online. Message is asking for $76.12 to be able to cancel service! I called them once more to dispute this charge. I understand I have not paid into this warranty at all, but even so, why can't I just cancel? Rep cannot waive cancellation fee, but can waive monthly fee for June payment. 6/5/2023: Cinch debited my account for the monthly fee and now it's cancelled.

Horrible. My built in microwave quit working. I submitted a claim with the make, model and serial number and paid the $120. Two weeks later, a service technician came to my home with a new microwave in the box. However, the technician took one look and said the replacement microwave would not fit and departed with the replacement oven. So, I called Cinch. A lady who could not speak clear English told me I would be responsible for a restocking fee. I explained, again, that through no fault of mine the service company brought the wrong replacement and I expected Cinch to replace my microwave oven. She simply re-read her script stating I would be responsible for a restocking fee. So, I will call **** Club, who sold the plan to me, and complain. I requested that a Cinch supervisor call me. The service company Cinch contracts with had no clue and referred me back to Cinch. Small claims court is next!

Not 1 star, they declined reimbursement for 20+year old A/C after assurance by rep that it would be covered. Tried to resolve it with other rep and was denied, first because I went out of network with contracter ( I was instructed to do so) and then because there is a clause in my contract for replacement of items. That was the reason I called the rep and the was aassured thatit would be covered. I've now tried to cancel the contract, was disconnected 4 times withhin 30min when I stated the reason for calling. Plus, I had to pay an additional Service fee of $165 on top of the monthly fee when I called the 1st time for service. I was on hold 4+hours for multiple days trying to resolve this and is ongoing.

If I could give Cinch zero stars, I would. I have never worked with a less competent company or people who cared less about who they hired or the quality of work they do. I made a service request on 7/11/24 for my washing machine; they sent a tech from AR Appliances two days later. The tech decided it was the electric panel, left, and came back a few days later with a second tech. They replaced the panel and left. It wasn't fixed. In fact, it was worse. They came back, messed with the panel, ran the washer, and broke the belt that turns the drum. They said they had to order another part and left. That was two weeks ago. I still haven't heard from AR about what's happening - it's been over 3 weeks. They don't answer the phone, they don't respond to voice mail, and they haven't even sent an email explaining what's going on. I've called Cinch for updates, and they keep telling me to be patient. In my last call, they told me the part might be in Saturday. That's FOUR weeks from when this nonsense started. I asked to cancel the service with AR and get someone new. Nope. They ordered the part so I'm stuck with them. I asked for my $200 service fee back, nope. Since AR has been here, they won't refund me. No refund for a failed service call, lack of communication, and breaking my washing machine beyond the original request. Unbelievable. Bottom line, if a friend recommends AR Appliances or Cinch, take it from me. They're not your friend. Run as far and as fast as you can from both of them.

I have had **************************** Home Repair for several years. They have repaired my washer and dryer. I replaced older appliances and did not file claims. My dishwasher had a burning smell and I filed a claim. They company who came out to check said it needed a new part, a few days later they said I needed replacement of the dishwasher and it was approved to replace within several days. The day of installation, two guys came out to deliver and install a new dishwasher. One checked under the sink and said the valve was leaking as some water sprayed out. They said I needed to call a plumber and replace with a new valve. I was told once the plumber comes out for me to put in another work order for installation. However, CINCH's website wants you to pay another $100 every time you file a request. So I called CINCH and the agent did some checking and said the guys could not come back out. After holding for twenty minutes, the agent stated I could have $100 to pay someone to install and they could either do direct deposit or send me a check. I opted for a check but it takes 7 to 10 days to receive. I called the company that did the initial diagnosis and they would install but would charge $150 and knew of no one else who would do it for $100. Now I either have to pay out of pocket after already paying a plumber to change the valve (not cheap and the plumber stated the valve did not leak and was not bad, he changed it out anyway). I believe the two installation guys fed me a line to get off work early. Therefore I am giving CINCH a poor rating for not completing this job and poor payments to contractors who made excuses to the customers so they don't have to do the work. They fed me garbage about a new work order to come back in 48 hours. Now I have to pay more out of pocket for work that should have been covered by the home warranty. I am looking for another company and so should anyone who has CINCH.

They PROMISE to repair or REPLACE any non-working item in their published contract. They refused to reimburse me for purchase of defective toilet, claiming FALSELY that the contractor said it had been repaired!

JOKE. They find it acceptable to do an hours work in 15 days. Obviously they cant figure out how to fix a refrigerator. Customer ********************** needs to get off the scripted line and actually help.
