I have been dealing with ***** home warranty issues since May 2024. I initially followed the process to create a case, pay the $100 deductible. The first technician never came during the 8-5PM time frame he called me at 5:30 asking if he could still come. Because I was at his mercy I told him sure. He came, found out he needed to order a part or two and would re-schedule for May31st. I told him that i Needed him here on that day because I take care of my elderly mother and have two small kids. The water from the filter isn't coming out and I've already bought another water filter twice! its not the filter there's an issue. They were then scheduled for July 3rd. and NO ONE CAME I called corporate to cancel my services and subscription and the **** a** Indian dude (****) couldn't understand me and re-enabled auto renew when I said NO NO NO a million times. The services cost TOO MUCH FOR THIS BS. Do yourself a favor and go with American Shield Warranty, they are CHEAPER and better! their deductible isn't anywhere $100 PLUS the $800 a year. NO F****** thanks! MY ISSUE IS STILL NOT RESOLVED.
