    The service was excellent from start to finish. **** was very helpful in explaining the process as this was our first experience in transporting a vehicle. The carrier was great, communicated well and I immediately felt at ease. The car was picked up and delivered on time without any issues. I highly recommend Mercury.

    Mercury Auto Transport was very helpful getting my car shipped across country. They were the lowest quote I received and the carrier ended up being only a couple hundred over what they quoted me but my agent was honest about how that might be the case. My agent, Michael *******, was patient and helpful with all my questions. The carrier was professional and pick up and delivery of my vehicle was smooth. Very happy with the overall experience.

    They came within 3 days with my car from *****. I have never shipped any of my cars before so I was worried that it might be a scam. The reviews were right, my car just got here to my base and now Im happy to finally drive after taking a plethora of Ubers and Lyfts. Its also in the same condition when I left it. It does cost a lot but its worth it to me. I would use this company again and I thank *********************** for helping me with the carriers.

    We requested a quote to move Harley ***** from ** to **. **** referred *** to provide quote. We called *** who sounded 'high'. This was initiated on 7/5/24. Wanted pickup on 7/19/24. Were told we would receive call with carrier info on 7/17 but instead received text that day, and the next stating carrier had unknown ETA but was in *******, **. On 7/19/24 we were told to expect a call from carrier when he was 2 hours away. THEN on 7/20/24 (a Saturday) we receive an email and a 'form' text stating that a carrier still had not even been selected for our pickup. Sent text to **** telling him we would not be using them. He said 'oh well, it's probably a difficult route that no one wants'. Bull ... that route goes through ******, ***********, *******, **, etc.Stay away from this company please. I have no idea how this company is rated so highly.

    As a first time user of a transport company I was very concerned about turning over an almost new Toyota Sienna to an unknown entity to ship across the country to my daughter in Tahoe CA. Mercury’s agent, Melissa D., put me at ease from the start with her informative tips and regular updates at every stage of the process that resulted in an extremely smooth and timely pickup that she coordinated with an extremely professional and competent carrier, DJO Trucking LLC. Due to the professionalism of Melissa and the DJO driver, as well as the first class car transporter, the delivery also went smoothly at the time and location agreed upon without a scratch on the car.
