they will text you 10+ times in one hour to leave a review once a month. So heres the review: dont harass people with constant, annoying text messages when were trying to work like there is an emergency or act like a crazy ex stalking them for a review. This company is an absolute scam! The compressor in my car needed to be replaced in the middle of summer, I took my car to ****** Auto and they could not believe the rediulous hoops Omega expected us to jump through in order to cover it. First they have to send out their own tech to evaluate the issue, which was expected to take 3-5 days. They would submit their report within another 3-5 days, which the company would then review to determine if coverage was warranted. Then they only cover lowest retail price (not fair market value as usual) or you can ship the part to them for repairs which can take months. During all this waiting, they only cover 5 days of a rental car at $35/day. In the end, they covered less than 10% of my total out of pocket. THEN, trying to get in touch with them to cancel my coverage was impossible! Either I didn't get a call back ("in the order in which your call was received") or I waited over an hour and gave up. You would be much better off putting half the monthly payment in a savings account for that rainy day.Review from Ralph B.

My Omega policy to-date has only covered oil changes. The policy does not cover more costly repairs. I should have done better homework before choosing this company.Review from Andrew K.

Very very disappointed I think when this policy runs out, I am not gonna renew with you people the person I spoke to to get this policy did not tell me about the maintenance agreement about the windshield wiper blades the brakes, the oil changes nothing very disappointed I called and asked if they could send me a card in the mail or flex card to get an oil change or something and they dont wanna give me anythingso if April 13, my policy runs out I will not be renewing with you people unless you do something for meReview from Michael M

I have had an Omega car warranty for about 6 months. The first claim I submitted was for an oil change. I submitted a maintenance claim on May 29th with a photo of the invoice to the email address shown in the contract docs. Almost 4 weeks have passed and I have not heard a word back from them. The Contract states that it would be 1-2 weeks before I received reimbursement.I have tried to talk to someone in customer service and in maintenance to no avail. I requested a callback to no avail. This company is a fraud, for one they are illegally using data purchased from the rmv to spam people. They misrepresent themselves as the official car dealer. Stay away from these crooks.
