In 2022 I was contacted by a 3rd party after my original extended warranty expired. I agreed to a contract with Omega auto care for my only vehicle- 2017 RAM Promaster 1500. Omega knew the **** and the characteristics of the vehicle in question. Now 2024 the transmission needs replacement and Omega is denying the claim because they don't cover commercial vehicles. How was a contract written for a commercial vehicle in the first place? The contract is unethical. I spent 45 minutes trying to get some sort of resolve from the company and they wouldn't help.

Very very disappointed I think when this policy runs out, I am not gonna renew with you people the person I spoke to to get this policy did not tell me about the maintenance agreement about the windshield wiper blades the brakes, the oil changes nothing very disappointed I called and asked if they could send me a card in the mail or flex card to get an oil change or something and they dont wanna give me anythingso if April 13, my policy runs out I will not be renewing with you people unless you do something for me
