I have a 9 year old Lennox XC25 5 ton ** unit. The variable speed furnace blower quit and there is a backorder on the part by Lennox part #******-02. It is mid July in ********** and my family is without an air conditioner. The ** is still under warranty. We are suffering with no solution.

July 2017 purchased a 3 ton 16 SEER / 401A Deluxe package Lennox HVAC by an authorized dealer for $19,000+ including a 10 year warranty for unit, labor, parts, compressor, 20 years heat exchanger, lifetime thermostat. Spring of 2018 the unit electrical part failed, took 20 days without AC. July 2021 there were problems with a blower wheel and the coil. I was told labor wasnt covered under warranty and paid $2,700, 4 weeks without AC. May 2022 thermostat didnt work, told for the thermostat was backordered due to pandemic, no estimated time for repair, and so no working HVAC until end of July. A tech came and put on a lower quality temporary one, which remains to this date. June 2024 a tech determined the coil needs to be replaced. HVAC contractor placed the order for parts told the part would take 3 weeks. 3 weeks passed without receiving the parts, calls were made when part would be delivered, supplier said they couldnt find the part, so no date for expected delivery. The suppliers, division managers, and Lennox customer service have been contacted and provided with the unit receipt of sale, warranty documents, proof that the residence at time of installation and currently owned by me. My AC unit has not been working since the middle of May 2024. I live in ** where the temperature has been record breaking up to 119 degrees. In May ********************************************************************************** increasing nerve pain on the left side of my head, face, nose, mouth, shoulder, arm, hand, and fingers. Doctors tell me to stay in temperatures of ***** degrees as hotter or colder could increase nerve pain and damage. Repeated efforts have been made to resolve this matter with the parts suppliers, district managers, and Lennox corporate customer service with no resolution. I am disabled and live on a limited income and am supposed to be covered with the warranty for this issue. Is there any way to make them honor the warranty?
