Sam Worthington is in talks to join Arnold Schwarzenegger in David Ayer's upcoming film Ten. Worthington wants the role in the film which is being called "a testosterone-heavy riff on Agatha Christie's Ten Little Indians." The story follows an elite DEA task force that robs a dangerous drug cartel under the guise of a tactical raid. The crew thinks they've gotten away with millions worth of merchandise until they start getting bumped off one by one. [Variety]

Russell Crowe is set to make his directorial debut by helming a biopic about Bill Hicks. Hicks died in 1994, but many remember him as being one of the most fierce critics of advertising and marketing and a stand-up comedian who used long, exploratory monologues to voice social criticism. His life was chronicled in the recent documentary American: The Bill Hicks Story, but now his life is being dramatized into a biopic which Crowe will helm. [Daily Telegraph]

Jena Malone has officially joined the cast of The Hunger Games: Catching Fire. As reported a few weeks ago, Malone signed on to play Johanna Mason in the upcoming sequel.

Mike Epps will reprise his role of Black Doug in The Hangover: Part III. The film rolls into theaters May 24, 2013. [Variety]

Fresh off roles in Captain America: The First Avenger and FX's Justified, Neal McDonough is now in talks to star in Red 2. No word yet on what that role will be, but the film is aiming at an August 2, 2013 release.  [Variety]

Ben Stiller seems a bit pessimistic about the prospects of Zoolander 2. Stiller says, "We have a script, as we've had for a little while, and it's not quite coming together right now but I hope it does. I would like to do it at some point in the future." [Collider]

Despicable Me's minions will get their own spin-off movie for 2014. It'll be like taking the best part of Despicable Me and 2013's Despicable Me 2 and condensing it into 90 or so minutes of incoherent, entertaining gibberish. [Deadline]

Hayao Miyazaki has brought us such animated classics like My Neighbor Totoro, Spirited Away and most recently Arrietty. Now the legendary animator is set to chronicle the life of Jiro Horikoshi, better known as the designer of Japan's Zero World War II fighter planes. Miyazaki says the film will not be "the sort of work that everyone in the audience can relax and watch," and that it would be "something realistic." The film has been slated for a 2013 release.

Kevin Smith turned his Hulu show Spoilers into a 30-minute town hall as he talked with his audience about the tragedy and emotions from the Aurora theater shooting.

Jessica Biel is scared of something lurking in the dark in this new trailer for The Tall Man. Bonus X-Files points if you recognize William B. Davis (aka Cigarette Smoking Man). The Tall Man arrives in theaters August 31.

If you watched Bad Teacher and wondered who that scene-stealing British actress was, her name is Lucy Punch and she stars in the upcoming rom-com The Wedding Video. We'd love to embed the video, but unfortunately, there's some butt cheeks that made it into the trailer, so you'll have to watch it here.

I'm sure there's a plot somewhere in Step Up: Revolution, but instead, here's another clip from the 99 minute long music video that arrives in theaters this Friday.
