Free shipping from JCPenney is available on almost every order in the store. To be eligible, your order must total at least $75 before taxes. This JCPenney offer is good for standard ground shipping in the 48 contiguous United States.

Verify your student status

There is no JCPenney student discount. Instead, you can save on items before they leave the inventory in the Clearance section. To see these great JCPenney offers, click on the word Clearance at the top of the screen in the toolbar. Check here often so you don't miss out on any savings. You can also save big during their annual holiday and back-to-school sales.

Become a rewards member

Join the JCPenney rewards program to get rewarded for being a loyal customer in the store. Once you sign up, you get the following perks:

Get cashback at JCPenney when you shop in the rebates section on the site. To get there, click "Rebates" at the bottom of the screen. Here, you will find several JCPenney promotions for mail-in rebates on items from around the inventory.

How to redeem a JCPenney coupon

Your first step is to find the JCPenney promo code that brings the most savings. After that, shop for items in the store that you want. Add them to your order by clicking "Add to Bag."

When your order is ready, click the shopping cart at the top of the screen. This will take you to your order screen where you will see a field labeled "Enter coupon or reward code." Place your JCPenney code here and click "Apply" to get the savings right away.

Troubleshooting your coupon

Your JCPenney promo code should work the first time. If you are having issues, check that you entered it correctly. Some codes are more stringent than others when it comes to capitalization and spacing.

If that's not the issue, check that each order you chose is included in the JCPenney promo. Next, check that the order's total meets the minimum requirement. Finally, make sure that the discount code hasn't expired already.
