Rhode Pocket Blush
The Rhode blush hype is real. After months of teasing her first color complexion launch, Hailey Bieber has outdone herself with the Pocket Blush, a skin-friendly and summer-ready cream formula that delivers the most natural flush of color. The lightweight and buildable finish is ideal for warm temperatures, and I feel as if my skin can breathe even on the hottest summer day. Best of all, I can pile it on without enhancing any of my acne scars or skin texture. In fact, it helps my complexion so much that I’ve been skipping foundation altogether, opting for just brows and blush on the apples of my cheeks and blending out to my temples. It’s a must-have this season. —Ariana Yaptangco, senior beauty editor

Etienne Ortega Ethereal Glow Balm
If you’ve ever looked at Lana Del Rey and wondered how her skin looked like it was sprinkled with the world’s most beautiful, lustrous fairy dust, we finally have the answer: It’s the Ortega Ethereal Glow Balm. Created by Del Rey’s makeup artist Etienne Ortega, this magical balm is finally available for purchase online. That said, he’s been using it on his clients (like Del Rey and Christina Aguilera) for months, which is why they’ve been looking so lustrous as of late. Now that I’ve finally gotten my hands on it, my cheekbones—and lips, and occasionally even the area around my eyes—couldn’t be happier or more illuminated. It blends so beautifully and plays well with all of my products—even SPF—giving my complexion the most beautiful and radiant sheen. It’s a must-have for summertime glam. —Danielle Sinay, associate beauty editor

Dyson Supersonic Nural Hair Dryer
I’ve been team air-dry for years, so I ignored the Dyson Supersonic hype even when every beauty editor I knew promised me it was worth it. I finally used the upgraded Supersonic Nural and am now questioning what I've been doing this entire time. Unlike other blow-dryers I've used in the past, this thing is so fast, it dries my hair in less time than it takes to do my nighttime skin care routine. I love the built-in sensors that automatically adjust so it never gets too hot and keeps my hair feeling healthy, not fried. The flyaway attachment is also pure genius for smoothing frizz in seconds. Ever since I got this, there hasn’t been a single day where I let my hair air-dry. I'm fully converted. —Sarah Y. Wu, beauty contributor

NOYZ Lost + Found Eau De Parfum
I’ve been very impressed by new genderless fragrance brand Noyz and there is quite literally no scent from the debut line I’m not obsessed with. If I had to pick a favorite, it would be Lost + Found, an alluring blend of lemon, jasmine, and cedarwood that has the musky coziness I typically gravitate toward in a fragrance, balanced out by bright citrus appropriate for warmer months. It’s earned a permanent spot in my summer perfume rotation. Plus, it doesn’t hurt that the bottle looks extra chic sitting on my vanity. —A.Y.

Glossier Lip Liner
Lip liner has always intimidated me, but like many of the brand’s other products, I found this one user-friendly and easy to apply. I liked many of the shades I tried. My personal favorite, however, is Grip, which is just the right pinky-nude shade for my lips. I also find the packaging immensely satisfying—something about that sheer plastic cap is unplaceably nostalgic. —Anastasia Sanger, senior manager of social creative development

Tata Harper Skincare Calming Crème
Clean skincare brand Tara Harper has always been a favorite, but their new calming creme might just be its best product launch yet. I’ve found that most moisturizers marketed for sensitive skin don’t pack enough punch, leaving my skin feeling parched after an hour. The great thing about the Superkind Calming Cream is that it’s rich enough to last all day long (or overnight) without breaking me out or causing irritation. It soothes any redness or flare-ups, and was also just awarded the National Eczema Association’s Seal of Acceptance for those with eczema or just sensitive skin. This is primarily due to soothing ingredients like Tazman pepperberry, Tahitian golden microalgae, and a marine prebiotic complex, plus barrier-boosting oat seed oil to nourish and calm skin. It other words, it’s a must. —Jessica Radloff, senior West Coast editor
Westman Atelier Baby Cheeks, Limited Edition Shades Garçonne and Coquette

If you're looking to have a "Me, Espresso" summer, Westman Atelier just released two limited edition shades that make it so easy to achieve the glowy blush look Sabrina Carpenter wore on SNL. While Carpenter's makeup artist used a different baby pink and mauve combo to create the pop star's signature flush, I've been applying Coquette on the apples of my cheeks over Garçonne for the same bold effect. The creamy formula of Westman Atelier's blush sticks—which are made with hydrating skincare ingredients like Jojoba Seed Oil—melt into the skin with very little effort, making them the perfect option for any blush combo you want to try this summer. —Emily Tannenbaum, contributing editor

Kusshi Washable Travel Makeup & Cosmetic Bag
I’m never going on a trip without this makeup bag again. If you’re the type of packer who wants to be organized but just ends up throwing every beauty product into one giant pouch, this is a lifesaver. It zips all the way open to lay flat on your bathroom counter, comes with buttons so you can snap on the brand’s add-on brush organizer, and fits more than enough makeup and skin care for a summer getaway. It’s also made to be machine-washable, just in case you’re clumsy like me and sometimes spill your foundation. I have it in the newly launched navy-meets-mint shade, but you’ll find plenty of colors to choose from. —S.Y.W.

IGK Beach Club High-Shine Hair Texture Foam
I am an eager partaker in summer activities. I swim in the ocean as much as I can and love spending time in the sun (this is a desperate plea for anyone to invite me to their Hamptons house). But salty water and high UV dries out my hair dramatically. This is where IGK’s Beach Club High-Shine Hair Texture Foam saves the day. This magic foam reduces frizz and increases shine for a heat-free beach curl, even when I’m not by the water, making it the perfect one-step product I’ll be using all summer. —Channing Smith, designer

Ciate London Brazilian Glow Eye & Face Palette
I’m going on a two-week vacation this summer and need to pack light, which means an eye and face palette is the way to go. But most don’t have universally flattering colors with long-lasting pigments in a small-enough compact. Problem solved thanks to Ciate London’s newest release, which gave my rather pale skin the most gorgeous bronze glow, along with a perfect shade of tonal matte blush, and a shimmering highlighter. Then there’s three eye shadows, including a transitional matte base shade, a luminous golden shimmer, and a pearlescent bronze to take me from day to night. And, of course, plenty of more room in my carry-on to take home all those souvenirs. —J.R.

Lumira Il Giardino Room Spray
This room spray smells so heavenly, I sometimes spray it on my clothes as a perfume. Inspired by a lush, green garden just after it rains, it’s blended with notes of wild jasmine, creamy magnolia, and gardenia. I love how it’s both fresh and a little warm and smells so realistic. A few sprays keep my bedroom smelling beautiful all day so this bottle should last (at least) the whole summer. —S.Y.W.

As the great lip treatment war of 2024 continues, I think it’s time we crown a winner—and my vote goes to Eadem’s Le Chouchou exfoliating and softening peptide lip balm. Not only does the AHA and peptide-rich formula lock in moisture for hours, it also exfoliates without any trace of graniness I’ve found in other comparable products. Plus, the color payoff is more vivid than many lip gloss options on the market, making it the only lip product I need to carry in my bag from day to night. But you know what really sets the Le Chouchou apart? Its cooling applicator, which feels like a spa treatment unto itself. You’re probably thinking, How great can a lip balm really be? Well, there’s a reason it’s already out of stock on Sephora’s website. —E.T.

MALIN+GOETZ Eucalyptus Smoothing Body Gel
I try to avoid greasy products during the summertime, but it’s kind of impossible when it comes to body lotion. I’ve finally cracked the code with this smoothing body gel that gives my skin the long-lasting moisture it needs during warmer months, but without any of the stickiness or oiliness. An added bonus is the strong eucalyptus scent, which instantly transforms my apartment bathroom into the most luxurious spa (if I close my eyes). —A.Y.

Acqua di Positano Eau de Parfum
My favorite place on Earth is Positano along the Amalfi Coast (and I say this after only spending four hours there), so any excuse I can find to remind myself of this perfect slice of heaven is worth it. That’s why I was so excited when Eau d’Italie decided to debut its newest fragrance, Acqua di Positano, as part of a capsule collection to celebrate Eau d’italia’s 20th birthday. With notes like citron, petitgrain, orange flower absolute, and driftwood, it brings me back to the most divine lunch I had at Le Sirenuse’s La Sponda restaurant with my mom, surrounded by lemon trees and the dazzling blue water below. If you want Positano in a bottle, this is it. —J.R.

Kosas Hotliner Hyaluronic Acid Contouring Lip Liner
I was already such a Kosas fan girl, but its latest lip launch has somehow made me love Kosas even more. This lip liner instantly became one of my makeup must-haves: It’s so easy to apply—complete with a built-in brush for blending—glides on smoothly, and despite being super long-lasting and highly pigmented, doesn't dry out my sensitive lips throughout the day. It’s perfect for lightly lining the lips, overlining à la 2016 Kylie Jenner, or wearing on its own like a lipstick; you can't go wrong. Also of note? Like Kosas’s other products, it’s formulated with skin-boosting ingredients like hyaluronic acid and konjac root, so it actually plumps, softens, and hydrates your pout, too. Win-win! —D.S.

Allies of Skin The One SPF 50 Invisible Sunscreen Gel
No matter what TikTok tells you, you need to wear sunscreen—and Allies of Skin just dropped a soothing, weightless product that leaves zero white cast because it comes in the form of a clear gel. While that's not completely unheard of, The One by Allies of Skin provides SPF 50 protection and has a more natural, hydrating finish than other popular options. It also includes skin care ingredients like vitamin C and green tea for a nourishing formula that blurs pores and doubles as a really killer makeup primer. No more excuses! —E.T.

Krigler Lindauer Löwe 08
I tend to be a vanilla perfume girl, but even I need a break from gourmands once in awhile, especially when the weather gets hot. This month, I’m giving my perfume collection a refresh with this crisp, luminous scent from Krigler. Inspired by Lindau, a Bavarian island on Lake Constance, it reminds me of going on vacation without smelling like coconuts, sunscreen, or any of the other notes I’d typically expect. Blended with green tea, mandarin, rose, geranium, sage, cedarwood, and amber, it’s the olfactory equivalent of a cool breeze at a very fancy resort. —S.Y.W.
