When is Amazon Prime Day 2024?
Amazon Prime Day 2024 officially started first thing yesterday morning (the 16th July) and will run right up until the last second tonight (the 17th), so there's truly no time to waste. It's worth shopping as soon as you can, too, because some of these deals are currently as good as they're going to get thanks to lightning deals – so don't miss the boat and end up paying more for something later.
Remember, though: you have to be an Amazon Prime member to be eligible for all the limited-time sale event discounts – so sign up ASAP if you haven't already.

Amazon Prime Day is Amazon’s flagship shopping event and their biggest sale of the year. It was initially started as a one-day celebration of Amazon’s 20th anniversary, but it has grown up of late and is now a huge two-day shopping event. It's probably bigger than – or at least on par with – Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
This year, Amazon is delivering millions of deals across every product category from Amazon Prime Day beauty deals to home, fitness and tech/gadgets (hello new laptops and bluetooth smartwatches), for Amazon Prime members only. Yep, you have to have signed up for an Amazon Prime membership – or at least be on a free 30-day trial – to take part, but you'll get access to things like lightning deals on Alexas, Audible, Kindles and other Amazon devices (like Ring doorbells), plus lots of non-Amazon branded items.
