It's really a great website and a wonderful options for getting a variety of bids in a very short amount of time. Much easier that telephone calls and 100's of miles on vehicles.

The responses to my bid were immediate and the sales managers contacted me personally to come in and look at the facilities and set up the contract.

I had a very short time frame to manage a bus tour of 45. I needed hotels and banquets in less than 10 days. The destination was West Palm Beach - high season - and effectively sold-out. Within two hours I had responses back from three available hotels within my price range. I was able to sign a contract within 24 hours and manage the rest of the program.
