Refund policy

We will gladly accept unused and unopened products within 30 days of the receipt of the package. We value safety and cannot accept any opened, used, or tampered with products. All sale items are non-returnable. Please note: You are responsible for any shipping/handling fees associated with the return of your order. In addition, we unfortunately do not refund the original shipping costs. We accept exchange requests ONLY if your product that has been delivered to you is defective.
Prior to returning your product(s), an authorization is required. Any items sent to us without a return authorization number (RNA) will not be accepted.

Shipping charges are at the customer's expense and are non-refundable. We recommend choosing a shipping method with a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for lost or missing packages

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Obtain a return authorization number (RNA), via e-mail with the following information: order number, your full name, product to be returned, and reason for return. We will then provide you with a return form and an RMA (return Merchandise Authorization) number.

2. Include a copy of the receipt.

3. Pack the product(s) in the original packaging and clearly write "RETURN" on the outside of the package.

4. Mail the return, within 2 weeks from receipt of the return authorization number to:
