Start with small, achievable objectives to build momentum and confidence. 🔄 Establish a routine: Ease into a school routine gradually by adjusting your schedule a few days before classes begin. 💬 Connect with peers: Reconnect with classmates and friends to check in and support one another. 🏫 Communicate with teachers: Reach out to a trusted adult to discuss any concerns and ask questions when you need. 💙 Practice self-care: Prioritize self-care activities such as exercise, relaxation techniques, and hobbies that bring you joy.
