Did you know that women are twice as likely as men to be diagnosed with PTSD? They’re also more likely to experience the trauma leading to PTSD at a younger age. If you are caring for a loved one who has been diagnosed with PTSD or if you are dealing with PTSD yourself, we want to hear from you. We are working to develop a PTSD caregiver resource guide and would like to hear about the challenges you’ve encountered. If you’re interested in sharing your experience with us, click here to fill out the form: https://lnkd.in/eeAkpuB3

One thing you can do to combat your self-doubt is work on your ability to ask questions and ask for help. Click to watch and learn more: https://bit.ly/3LVJ6Qs We hope you will join us for next week's Real Talk Tuesday (August 13 ) at 1:00 p.m. EST for Real Talk: The Impact Caregiving Has on Your Other Relationships featuring Nichole Goble, CAN's Director of Community Initiatives.
