Updates

  • Now officially a hurricane, Hurricane Debby is projected to make landfall in Florida's Big Bend today, with the largest concern being flash flooding. Hurricane and storm surge warnings have been issued across Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas. We urge anyone in Debby's path to listen to authorities, stay informed and stay safe! Our team is ready to #restore when called upon.

We are actively monitoring the progress of Tropical Storm Debby, which has triggered hurricane and storm surge warnings in areas of Florida. This system could strengthen into a hurricane before making landfall on Monday. Stay safe and updated on the latest information. #CATRestores https://bit.ly/3WSSn2g

  • Meet Letrise Aarabi, our incredible CAT Resource Team Lead, who has been a cornerstone of the resource department for 8 years! "What I love most about my job is the opportunity to connect with co-workers and adjusters. I am challenged everyday with new situations, which allows me a chance to assist or be assisted in learning opportunities. I enjoy the dedication my co-workers display as we work as a team. In the 8 years I have worked in the CAT department, there has never been a dull moment." We're grateful for Letrise's commitment and passion for fostering a collaborative and successful environment. We look forward to many more years together!

    Retired Vice President USCAT Operations

As I reflect on an incredible journey spanning over four decades in both the construction industry and catastrophe management, I’m excited to announce my retirement from my current role as Vice President of US CAT Operations at Crawford & Company. This week marks the end of a journey filled with rewarding challenges, remarkable achievements, and the privilege of working alongside some of the most talented professionals in the field. Looking back, I’m proud of the strides we have made in developing top CAT talent and providing unparalleled support to our clients during critical times. My time at Crawford CAT has been a testament to the power of teamwork, dedication, and resilience. As I step into this new chapter, I eagerly anticipate indulging in my passions for fine wine, knocking a few strokes off my golf game, and spending more quality time with family and friends. I am deeply grateful to everyone who has been part of my professional journey. Here’s to new beginnings!

  • The Atlantic seems to be waking up again! The latest predictions are forecasting the current storm system to become a depression on Saturday and then Tropical Storm Debby by Saturday night or early Sunday, moving into the Straits of Florida or eastern Gulf of Mexico. How can adjusters best prepare for the next storm? At #CrawfordCAT our adjusters have several options, from participating in online or virtual training, to watching tutorials on Crawford Vision, to making sure your Renovo profile is updated. Be prepared to take that call and #RESTORE lives, businesses, and communities.
