It’s official! Curana has been selected by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to participate in the Guiding an Improved Dementia Experience (GUIDE) Model. Launched earlier this month, the GUIDE Model will allow Curana to increase care coordination and improve access to services and supports (including respite care) for senior living residents diagnosed with dementia and their loved ones.
