The switch from Scala to Python enhanced flexibility, saving on future development costs. The integration of Druid with Flink provided real-time analytics and the ability to capture late incoming events. 💡Outcomes: Flink and Druid integration resulted in near-instantaneous availability of auction results, empowering Sage+Archer to adapt bidding strategies in real-time, reduce infrastructure costs, simplify tech stacks, and accelerate feature development.
