It's back to school time! 🍎💻📚 Our Community Involvement Committee packed 80 backpacks and donated school supplies to Pappas Kids Schoolhouse Foundation. Our team is always looking for ways to give back to the community, but our deepest generosity lies in the decision of others to share life. "My job has given me the opportunity to connect with organizations and leaders in a variety of unique settings outside of our typical partners. I’ve had opportunities to connect with a fast-casual pasta restaurant owner, local coffee shop and coffee bean roasters, non-profits that provide financial and food security services and chambers of commerce representing many of our communities. The fun part of my role is being able to meet and share the work that DNA does with individuals and organizations from all industries around the state." Hamilton is one of our amazing team members who focuses on connecting with the community! If you want to get your community involved in donation, send us a message 💙💚

So glad we were able to host you and the Arizona Diversity Council for this vital conversation!
Last week, I had the pleasure of attending the Business of DEI, hosted by the Arizona Diversity Council and Donor Network of Arizona. The program offered valuable insights into best practices and the current state of DEI across our organizations. It was refreshing to hear from fellow DEI professionals about the obstacles we face and the strategies we are using to overcome them. I am grateful for this supportive community. A special thank you to our speakers, Koran Hardimon, Niki Tapia, and Mistie Hague Weishaar, and our moderator, Nico Santos. I am happy I could share this space with my ASU colleagues, Nakita Saxon and Malcolm T. Holmes! 🔱 #DiversityAndInclusion #DEI #EquityAndInclusion #InclusionMatters #Belonging #DiversityChampion #InclusiveWorkplace #EquityInAction #DEIStrategy #DiversityEquityInclusion
