We’ve quickly become an industry leader through a combination of strategic acquisitions and organic startups while staying true to our mission of helping aspiring entrepreneurs and business owners bring extraordinary to their communities across the U.S. Our vision for building a diversified portfolio of lifestyle brands doesn’t stop there. We create one-of-a-kind, life-changing business opportunities for everyone wanting to expand beyond the ordinary. pūrvelo cycle was the first brand introduced to our EB family, offering an indoor cycling experience like no other (seriously… you ride bikes, in the dark, that don’t go anywhere), and we’re continuing our search for unique brands in the health and wellness industry. Our team is looking for franchise partners passionate about supporting healthy lifestyles and fostering growth in their local communities. Extraordinary Brands is expanding our fitness family with the acquisition of Neighborhood Barre! 🎉 This is our fourth boutique fitness brand and a fantastic addition to our portfolio, joining pūrvelo cycle, Eat the Frog Fitness, and Row House. Founded in 2011 by Katy Richardson, Neighborhood Barre offers a dynamic mix of dance conditioning, Pilates, and resistance training, now with 22 studios and more on the way. This acquisition enriches our diverse lineup and strengthens our commitment to offering a variety of fitness experiences.     ✨FRANCHISEE HIGHLIGHT✨ We’re thrilled to spotlight David and Reble Houten who opened Row House in Henderson, NV in April 2024. They opened with a RW record of 350 members! Their journey is nothing short of inspiring and we are so lucky to have them as franchisees in the Extraordinary Brands family. 3 Top Contributing Factors for Their Successful Opening: 1. Passion for the Product: As former members of Row House Foothill Ranch in California, David and Reble loved Row House so much they changed their careers to open their studio. David, a school psychologist for 26 years and Reble, an art teacher genuinely loved the workout and the community so when it came time to open their own studio it was important to them to let that shine through. Because of that they had a lot of success with couples that joined together! 2. Personal Connections: David and Reble were highly responsive to digital media leads, making personal connections with each person and discussing their goals and experiences. Sharing their personal benefits from the full-body, low-impact workouts helped build strong bonds with prospective members. 3. Grassroots Marketing: They were highly visible in the community, spreading brand awareness through personal interactions. Setting up tables with Row House flags at local spots like grocery stores, farmers markets and the Joint Chiropractic, they brought along a rower for people to try out and gave away branded items. They also organized monthly community gatherings during their presale period, including meet and greets, toy drives, pickleball nights and held mini-classes in the courtyard near the studio while under construction.
