    We were thrilled to help our friends at Waltz Health, a company reimagining the status quo of healthcare, build their brand from the ground up. Led by a team of industry experts, Waltz's first dance is a smarter prescription marketplace aimed to fix the high costs and broken experiences that define the pharmaceutical supply chain. They've introduced a new platform for pricing and reimbursing prescriptions, making it easier for the rest of us to buy our medicine at the lowest cost. When the Waltz crew asked Franklyn to build an accessible, future-facing brand that can flex and grow as they do, we happily obliged. From the strategy, naming, visual brand, photography, and website (with our partners at New Media Campaigns) — we brought their vision of a more affordable healthcare future to life. We also provided easy-to-use guidelines their team could deploy, update and expand on, allowing us the opportunity to touch all aspects of their endeavor.     Some Like it Hot • New logo and identity for Framework by Franklyn — 🧑💼 ABOUT THE CLIENT Framework is a new brick and mortar wellness sauna and cold plunge company. Started by ex Uber-VP Allen Penn, Framework looks to distinguish itself in a competitive marketplace by leveraging the science-backed health benefits of traditional Nordic sauna and cold exposure. While single visits are allowed, their emphasis is on subscription memberships. • 🦸 FROM FRANKLYN “Highlighting the radical simplicity of contrast therapy’s fundamental elements—hot air and cold water—the brand employs immersive, temperature-inspired gradients that bring the experience to life.” • 🧑💻 BRAND NEW’S REACTION by Adam Fromme I appreciate where this is going. This is an interesting subset of the health and fitness space—which means there is a lot to navigate—and there is a lot of good work here. I do wish the “science-backed” point of distinction was felt more throughout the identity. Perhaps that could help direct more of the design decisions. But with gradients like theirs, it is hard to complain.     Closing out the most successful year of their 250 year history, Christie's came to us looking for an annual report worthy of the art it showcased. As design nerds and lovers of printed matter, the task was a refreshing return to our roots in an increasingly digital landscape. And this exercise in visual restraint provided a break from the bold brand building we often undertake. Inspired by his own journey of rejuvenation after a fast-paced career in tech, Framework’s founder sought to create a brand that cuts through the noise of fitness trends and elevates the simple practice of traditional Nordic sauna and cold plunge from a one-off treatment into a routine practice. Highlighting the radical simplicity of contrast therapy’s fundamental elements—hot air and cold water—the brand employs immersive, temperature-inspired gradients that bring the experience to life. The brand strikes a balance between approachability and intellect, creating an inviting environment that communicates the science behind sauna in a simple and straightforward way.     Building on their already rich legacy of entrepreneurship, The Pritzker Organization came to us to brand their latest venture. Launching a self-funded venture capital firm amidst a contracted capital market, the family knew that it would need a distinctive brand to compete for the attention of top tech founders. Inspired by a Buddhist parable about continuous learning, the name 53 Stations was chosen to convey humility and an awareness that success in business is a journey, not an endpoint. We developed the brand around a dynamic logo mark representing the path followed by their portfolio companies from startup to success. Drawn within the iconic red square of its parent brand, the logo references the family’s past while setting the stage for the future.
