Congratulations to Syracuse Hillside Work-Scholarship Connection grads Rashid Clark and Brian Hall on their SRC STEM Scholar awards! Awarded to graduating seniors who plan to pursue degrees in a STEM-related field, the scholarships provide tuition support for four years and guaranteed internships with SRC.

Many thanks to the United Way of Cayuga County -- and especially Wegmans Food Markets -- for creating a very special #dayofcaring at our Finger Lakes Campus yesterday. 33 Wegmans employees pitched in for a day of volunteer labor to help make our campus more beautiful for the youth we serve.

Youth at our Snell Farm Campus in Bath participated in their first 4-H showcase hosted by the Cornell University - College of Arts and Sciences Cornell Cooperative Extension! They built a tic-tac-toe board, Cornhole board set, flower box, and more. Feeling accomplished, they're already planning for next year. Great work!

Saturday, August 3rd, from 10 am to 1 pm our Family Opportunity Center at 1 Mustard St, Rochester 14609 will be having a community resource fair! Free and open to the community, providers from Hillside and other agencies will be available to answer questions about services that support family health. Arts and crafts and other family-friendly entertainment are also planned.
