    The Fragrance Foundation has chosen its 2024 Circle of Champions honoree. Nata Dvir, the chief merchandising officer of Macy's’s, will join the ranks of past honorees — including Sephora’s Artemis Patrick and L’Oréal’s Carol Hamilton — Oct. 22 at an event in New York. Dvir is the youngest executive to hold the role at Macy’s, and only the second woman to do so. She’s worked in retail and merchandising for almost two decades, and previously served as general business manager for beauty, as well as center core merchandise, which includes jewelry, accessories, shoes, handbags and intimates.     Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at how our iconic Broadway windows come to life, featuring our new (très chic!) Team USA installation. ��🇷🥇   We partnered with Ralph Lauren to concept and build our third window installation honoring Team USA. The windows showcase the official Polo Ralph Lauren Team USA uniforms as well as a commemorative collection of clothing and accessories sold at Macy’s. 🪟🛍️   The windows will be on display at Herald Square until August 11. 🇺🇸

    Here at Macy’s, Inc., we take helping young people get the mental & emotional health and well-being support they need very seriously. 🧠 That’s why we’re excited to announce The Jed Foundation (JED) and NAMI as our nonprofit partners in support of Mission Every One. Together we can empower students & caring adults with the resources they need to support mental health this school year. Since 2022, Macy’s has raised more than $3.3 million for JED and NAMI to provide mental health services, create systemic change in high schools, colleges & universities, and supply resources for young people and supportive adults. 🫶 In addition to being the round up partner now through September 14th, Macy’s will match all donations to NAMI and JED made ONLY online on macys.com. 100% of donations will support JED and NAMI, and funds will be split evenly between both organizations.

To celebrate the end of a productive meeting of the minds, Andrea concluded the afternoon with a quick stop to shop our iconic Herald Square store. 🛍️

    We celebrated one of Summer's Greatest Hits— the Macy's 4th of July Fireworks®. For 48 years, we've had the honor of lighting up the New York City sky, and this year, more than 60,000 shells in over 30 colors and never-before-seen effects left spectators across the country in awe. Macy's 4th of July Fireworks® brought in 7.6 million viewers across NBC and Peacock, making it the best multi-platform showing in three years and the most-watched entertainment special on NBC this year.     The LGBTQ+ community is integral to us at Macy's, Bloomingdale's and Bluemercury. To celebrate #PrideMonth, our colleagues marched together across the country to celebrate love, acceptance, individuality and inclusion.💖 Our commitment to the community runs deep. Through Mission Every One, we support the mental health and emotional wellbeing of LGBTQ+ young people. That's why we partnered with The Trevor Project in June to raise nearly $1.1M through customer donations. That brings our grand total to $7.2M since our partnership started in 2019. 💸
