We had a great chat with ✦ Jonathon Ben-Haim last week about using data about how customers use your product to improve how often you can ship meaningful features. Here's what we learned: Make sure that when you create instrumentation, you're not only capturing what the user is doing, but also the context of what they're *trying* to do. Make sure that you have a dedicated person to understand what's happening with how customers are using your product, and make sure they can disseminate the information quickly to other relevant folks at the company. Make sure that you prioritize correctly - customer needs come first, but make sure that what you're building aligns with the company's specific mission. Read more below! Your turn!
