Center for Effective Philanthropy reposted this
Executive Director & Founder of Evolving Minds | National Speaker at Active Minds & Weave of the Aspen Institute
What is one of the most pressing issues facing both the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors right now? Supporting the mental health and well-being of staff! Just this June, the Center for Effective Philanthropy released an interesting Research Snapshot Series that dove deeper into this matter. They found three key findings: ❶ Most foundation leaders report some degree of understanding about the well-being of staff at organizations they fund ❷ Most foundation leaders are concerned about burnout among staff at organizations they fund ❸ Half of foundation leaders report that their foundation is engaging in practices to support the well-being of staff at organizations they fund You can learn more about the report here: https://lnkd.in/ghER-HDX You can learn more about how Evolving Minds is supporting grantee staff well-being here: https://lnkd.in/dB37-7Z2
