We had a successful Open House event for the new UF Health Urgent Care Center–Eastside! Located at the intersection of SE 21 Street and Hawthorne Road in Gainesville, this clinic is the result of a remarkable collaboration between UF Health, City of Gainesville, and Alachua County. We are dedicated to providing accessible healthcare to the Eastside community. 🏥💙 Our clinic’s development was guided by a year of community feedback, ensuring that it truly meets the needs and aspirations of Eastside residents. We have incorporated extended hours, a multipurpose community room, and local residents in key positions to create a facility that the community can feel proud of and take ownership of. We are thrilled to officially open our doors on August 15 with the following hours: 🕙 Monday-Friday: 10 a.m.-8 p.m. 🕙 Saturday: 10 a.m.-4 p.m. 🕛 Sunday: Noon-4 p.m. We look forward to continuing our mission of serving and supporting the Eastside community. Thank you to everyone who joined us in celebrating this significant milestone! Together, we are building a healthier future.
