Berluti is currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our Madison Avenue Store, located in New York. Reporting directly to the Madison Store Director, the Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for managing sales, operations, and the Store team to ensure an exceptional customer experience and optimal performance. He/she plays a key role within the Store, motivating and inspiring the team to achieve productivity and sales targets. ment:Assist the Store Director in leading and developing the store business, cultivating a comprehensive and strategic knowledge of the business, and building relationships with all relevant stakehol

KPIs.Partner with Store Director to maximize the potential of all product categories offered in the store, capitalizing on VM, training, CRM, events and fostering synergies between catego
