Berluti, the only men's Maison in the LVMH Group, was born in Paris in 1895 and has grown through four successive generations of the Berluti family, cultivating the art of excellence and craftsmanship in shoes, while developing a passion for leather and patina.

Berluti is currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our Madison Avenue Store, located in New York. Reporting directly to the Madison Store Director, the Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for managing sales, operations, and the Store team to ensure an exceptional customer experience and optimal performance. He/she plays a key role within the Store, motivating and inspiring the team to achieve productivity and sales targets. The Assistant Store Manager embodies the role of Ambassador of the Maison, and must be reliable, disciplined, autonomous and enterprising. The appointed candidate will be offered an annual base salary in the range of USD $95,000 - $110,000 plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contr
