Business Development and Account Management (People Partner) – Based in Boston/NY Area

We’re looking for someone who will be an integral part of our clients' growth strategies, particularly in their recruitment and people operations. This role is a unique blend of business development, account management, and strategic advisory.


What You'll Be Up To:

As a People Partner, you'll cultivate meaningful, long-term relationships with clients in the NY and Boston area. You'll leverage your business development experience to identify and secure new partnership opportunities, building a robust client base. You'll be the trusted advisor who provides tailored solutions to meet the unique challenges our clients face.


You'll collaborate closely with our UK-based team, who are specialists in the biotech field. Experience the best of both worlds - a dynamic US-based role infused with the charm of British culture.

What sets you apart is your ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. You can demonstrate your success in business development and will have relevant recruitment or people operations experience, ideally within the biotech or life sciences sector.


You're articulate and persuasive, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will have a proactive approach to both personal and professional development, and you're always focused on adding value and exceeding expectations.
