- Develop and execute the company's strategic vision and long-term goals in alignment with our mission: to upskill technical candidates and help them achieve career success.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team. We’re a small team who cares about the work. We need someone who can build on our remote first culture.
- Oversee the development and enhancement of our online training products and services. There are lots of areas of opportunity. We need you to prioritize and execute.
- Drive growth initiatives, including customer acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion. Help our happy customers achieve more!
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the online training course industry or platform, with a focus on product and growth. You have a successful track record.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities. You can problem solve and enjoy the challenge of small business.
- You have a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. We want a leader who can inspire people. You don’t have to have CEO experience, but you need to know how to build and manage a team.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance.
