The SPEC Commercial Coordinator will work closely with our commercial contractors and vendors as well as be responsible for streamlining and coordinating the purchasing and delivery of low-slope products both into the warehouse and directly to the job site.
Position Responsibilities:
● Coordinating Commercial Jobs
● Sales Order Entry
● Purchasing Inventory for the Branch
● Commercial Job Invoicing
● Developing and maintaining vendor relationships
● Advising customers on inventory levels and pricing.
● Answering the phone and directing calls.
● Scheduling and answering questions regarding deliveries for customers.
● Additional duties or responsibilities may be required.
Position Requirements:
● 5 Years minimum experience working with Low Slope Roofing Products
● Minimum education required: GED or high school diploma.
● Working knowledge of computers and software.
● The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong organization and communication skills.
● Strong math skills.
● High energy level and a desire to succeed.
