WOW Recruitment is looking for Customer Service Representatives in to join an internationally renowned Visual Communications Supplier business with a presence in 20 countries. This role offers the opportunity to build on your customer service career.
About The Role
Reporting to the Customer Engagement Manager you will ensure timely and professional execution of all customer service duties
Process customer orders over the phone, in person and face to face
Assist and resolve customer enquiries regarding deliveries and logistical enquiries
Liaison with warehouse, freight carriers, express couriers, etc.
About You
You have prior experience in a call centre, administration or similar environment
You have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Team player with ability to pick
