We stack hands to support our B2B client partners and are on a mission to make occupational health and employment-related screening the easiest part of their job. Location: NYC - Hybrid

This role is remote/hybrid with preference of living in or near NYC. This position may include travel nationally. Additional travel to corporate headquarters for meetings and training may be necessary. Company-related travel outside of the standard commute will be reimbursed.

Hours of Operation

Full-time Monday through Friday with occasional weekend hours.

Salary

$100,000 - $120,000 plus performance-based bonuses

As the Head of Sales, we expect you to engage in high-profile client relationships to execute your sales strategy. You are the driving force in leading a large team and will be an integral part of our Executive Team to deliver results. We’ll give you all the autonomy you could ever ask for underpinned by the support you need to be successful. No micro-managers here — we want you to step up, step in, and own it.

What Your Day Will Look Like

If you’re currently in a sales leadership role, you know that your day is all about leading and inspiring your team to find opportunities where there’s an amazing marriage between what the client needs and what we have to offer. You’re advocating for your clients, going to bat to find a great solution, and developing relationships with long-term value. That means your day looks like this:

  • You’re developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Leading and managing the sales team, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure high performance.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's market presence.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales metrics and performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize sales processes.
  • Collaborating with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Preparing and presenting sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to the executive team.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
