Job Title: Healthcare IT Project Manager (US Citizen Only)

Location: Albany, NY(Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage healthcare IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones.
  • Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and healthcare professionals to implement and integrate IT solutions.
  • Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Facilitate communication and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data security standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in healthcare IT, managing complex projects and teams.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare IT systems and workflows.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies .
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP) is preferred.
