Base pay range
$80,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr
Responsibilities/Job Duties
Responsible for supporting the accounting/finance team with day-to-day responsibilities, quarter-end close of the financial statements, and analytical reporting
This individual will have an opportunity to learn and grow within the company
Use QuickBooks to perform accounting functions (A/P, A/R, etc.)
Employee expense tracking, reporting, and processing
Participating in process improvements and one-off special projects as needed
Available to aid throughout the accounting organization as needed
Assist with both accounts payable and receivable
Participate in cash management and its related reporting processes
Research and resolve account reconciling items
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close procedures
Assist with general ledger maintenance.
Assist with the preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules in accordance with corporate timelines
Assist with internal reporting and ad-hoc report requests
Assist with the year-end audit and tax filings
Assist with other ad hoc projects
Support other team members as necessary
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business accounting, or finance
Internship or professional accounting experience
Ability and willingness to keep maintain confidentiality
Familiarity with accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize efficiently
