Sr. Strategic TA Sourcer @ Boston Children's Hospital
The Manager of Talent Acquisition Systems & Operations leads and supports initiatives related to the applicant tracking system (ATS), CRM, and other talent acquisition platforms. This role is responsible for managing departmental processes, operations, and compliance to ensure efficient recruitment practices. The Manager will also lead a team of Coordinators, ensuring their efforts deliver measurable returns and enhance overall team performance.
This Manager Of Talent Acquisition Systems & Operations Will
Lead the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the ATS and other talent acquisition (TA) systems.
Collaborate with IT and external vendors to resolve system issues swiftly.
Ensure data integrity and security within all TA systems.
Manage complex systems and processes involving internal and external HR groups.
Conduct audits to ensure high data and process integrity.
Continuously evaluate and improve TA processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Develop and document standard operating procedures for system use and recruitment workflows.
Train individuals and groups on standard operating procedures and system usage.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
Provide day-to-day support to the Talent Acquisition team, addressing system, process, and operations-related inquiries.
Conduct training sessions on system functionalities and best practices.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment of TA systems.
Oversee team of Coordinators and ensure their contributions provide measurable ROI.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Prepare and present regular reports on TA metrics, system performance, and process improvements.
Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audits and compliance reviews.
To qualify, you must have:
BA degree (concentration in Computer Science, MIS, Human Resources Management, or a related field is preferred).
At least 3 years of Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or related experience is required; HRIS experience, including project management is preferred.
ERP certification, or the ability to obtain it within one year, is required. Candidates must also obtain necessary certifications for the ATS, CRM, and other core TA systems in a reasonable timeframe.
Proficient understanding of HR processes, process flow, and data.
Understanding and experience with HRMS such as Workday, Paycom, PeopleSoft, Lawson, ADP.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite including strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, and other complex formulas and functions).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, effectively delegate tasks, make informed decisions, and foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Strong analytical skills with a methodical approach to problem-solving and implementation with attention to detail.
Ability to apply logic and reason to investigate system issues to root cause.
Strong interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills to interact with all levels of the organization.
Ability to prioritize workloads and provide timely follow-up and resolution.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle daily planned and unplanned operational activities both independently and in a team environment.
Ability to learn and effectively use new technologies.
