Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Account Executive with a hunter mentality to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of the Outbound Account Executive will be to generate leads, initiate contact with potential clients, and drive sales growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively generate new outbound sales leads via high volume calling
Conduct outbound prospecting activities, such as lead cold calling, to identify and qualify potential customers from a variety of different sources
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through effective lead generation techniques
Initiate contact with prospects via cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and other channels
Nurture relationships with prospects and follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities
Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients
Track and report on sales metrics and KPIs to measure progress and performance
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights
The ability and expertise to handle the full sales cycle
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions as required
Requirements
1+ years in Outbound Sales and/or operations roles
High volume calling- 200+ calls per day
Proven track record of success in outbound sales, lead generation, and business development
A hunter mentality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence prospects
Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a results-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools such as Hubspot, Pipedrive, Zoominfo
Knowledge of e-commerce market trends and customer needs
