About The Job

We are seeking a passionate Customer Service Supervisor candidate who shares our vision of fostering positive experiences and opportunities for success for our team and customers. The Customer Service Department team are the true voices of Printivity. The Customer Service Supervisor assists the Customer Service Representatives in providing the highest level of customer service excellence to every Printivity customer. They will provide support and oversee employee training, order management, conflict resolution, performance metric analysis and employee reviews, daily operations, and other administrative tasks. The role requires a high degree of integrity, strong communication skills, and previous experience in customer service. We are seeking a strong candidate with the ability to foster a culture of betterment among the team that promotes learning and skill growth to help them reach their goals.

What You'll Do

The Customer Service Supervisor plays a pivotal role in leading and supporting the Customer Service team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. The Supervisor must maintain an environment of professionalism and positive team dynamics while supporting the company's goals. Key responsibilities involve overseeing performance metrics to drive team growth and productivity, employee training, assisting with complex order management, supporting company culture, and resolving escalated customer issues. Additionally, the Supervisor is tasked with monitoring customer feedback across various platforms, maintaining compliance with company policies, and actively fostering and contributing to Printivity's betterment culture. Regular collaboration with the Customer Experience Manager and handling administrative duties, including attendance and other related tasks, are essential to this position. The role can be remote, hybrid, or onsite , depending on preference.

Required: This is a fast-paced, heavy print production setting and you need to work well with others and thrive in a deadline-driven working environment.

  • Commitment to fostering betterment to help the team reach their assigned goals/projects/tasks
  • Language Requirement: Proficient in English
  • Customer service experience is required (food industry, retail, etc.)
  • Supervisory experience is preferred, but not required
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well within a teamwork-based environment
  • Experience working in fast-paced, deadline driven environments
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong computer skills (Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
  • Strong interpersonal skills with customers and team members
  • Adaptability and flexibility to manage changing priorities or processes
  • Must have reliable internet connection to complete job duties
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required


Full-time set schedule:

  • Monday- Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST
  • Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM- 5:30 PM EST
