Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations
and maintenance of a private residence in Brooklyn and lower Manhattan. The Property Manager will be responsible for the overall coordination of the residence and supervision of the staff.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the residences to ensure alignment with the Family’s vision
- Supervise and train all domestic staff to ensure daily tasks and operations are beingconducted in a timely and accurate manner
- Be the main point of contact for property and all staff related matters
- Coordinate event planning for special events and functions, including managing logistics toensure a seamless experience for guests
- Ability to step in and execute on daily operations & household management duties, when needed
- Providing attentive pet care (dogs), including but not limited to coordinating daycare
- transportation/walkers, grooming, cleaning, feeding, administering medication, etc
- Manage scheduling for staff
- Responsible for real-time feedback to employees and participation in performance reviews
- Build/maintain relationships, negotiate, and supervise vendors and contractors
- Ensure property maintenance, and home projects are up to date and that routine services/maintenance are being performed as contracted and completed in time for theappropriate season
- Develop and enhance processes and procedures, ensuring that any gaps are filled
- Draft, update and file/archive all property documentation
- Coordinate with Accounts Payable team to ensure vendors and expenses are paid
- Log and maintain inventory of all assets, including art/wine/furniture and other personal
- items
- Minimum of 7-10 years’ of similar experience
- Experience working for a Family and managing staff in a collaborative, team-oriented, positive environment
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate appropriate discretion
- Must be experienced in all areas of household management including full charge
- housekeeping
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented
- Must have advanced computer skills including Excel, Concur, etc.
- Standard Hours are 9AM-5PM Monday through Friday. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays required
