Retail Operations Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Retail Operations Manager to join our team in Bentonville/Rogers, AR. This role is critical for ensuring product availability, optimizing inventory levels across our distribution channels, and providing direct support to major retail partners like Walmart. As a Retail Operations Manager, you will work closely with supply chain, sales, and warehouse teams to forecast demand, manage inventory, ensure efficient product replenishment, and support sales and marketing efforts. 

Responsibilities：

Walmart On-Site Operation Support:

• Maintain daily/weekly contact with the Walmart operation/replenishment team to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
• Develop and implement replenishment strategies, monitor inventory levels and manage orders to ensure timely replenishment.
• Manage operations within Walmart's systems to ensure compliance with their regulations and requirements.
• Collaborate with China/Atlanta team to improve supply chain efficiency.
• Prepare regular reports on Walmart operation performance and provide guidance and support.

Marketing Support (All Channels): Assist the marketing team with in-store promotions and other needs at retailer locations.

Sales Support (All Channels): Assist the sales team in preparing meeting materials, analyzing point-of-sale (POS) and planogram (POG) data, and other sales support activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, replenishment, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with inventory management software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the retail or consumer goods industry, particularly with Walmart.
• Familiarity with Walmart systems and advanced Excel skills.
